I tried uploading a torrent via TOR. I really thought it would work. It didn't. Either using TOR won't work at all ever and you can ONLY upload by paying for a VPN or this 'no new torrents' thing is why I got Wrong Code this time.
I finally uploaded a torrent file by using TOR instead of Windscribe free. Yay! :-)
