Well I will here in abit. I got vacation coming up. And there's little internet where I'm going. But people are clicking, so I keep posting. And my buddy posting Al Jazeeras greatest hits is reading my posts to clip out juicy bits out of context to make his points. So people seem to be interested. And it makes me feel like I'm making a difference posting reality. Some realities are awesome and some are just bad news inescapable. Something we have to brace for. And it's abit fun too. Some of the videos I find are funny as hell.

Don't refrain, just jump right in. Right opinions, wrong opinions, personal gripes, etc,etc. I welcome it all. This thread is ment to make people go Hmmmm. Some may get angry and some may cheer. And when it's posted, then we can have a debate about why and where we go from here. This thread has nothing to do with ME. This thread is about the world we got now and where it's going if we can't figure out how to make improvements. It's so easy for me to write about endlessly because I just look at it and write what I see. I don't have to sit and think to make anything up. It's impossible to have writers block in this thread. I got bunches of posts that were never posted because they got run over by even more important stuff that was happening so fast.

I don't have any rules, so say it the way you feel. That is the best way so you are better able to get your point across. The Al Jazeera guy posts his greatest hits, and they are so full of fake news. But that's what he believes in. The stuff I post is mostly the opposite but total reality. Eventually I would hope that he starts to see that Al Jazeera is mostly on the Yellow Brick road. And then he becomes an Arab that wakes up to how the world is. I think he is mostly Al Jazeera because Arabic is the only language he knows. And lots of Arabs have this problem. They only know the news they can read.

So in Yesterdays post, it started with idiot legal minds calling Trumps legal mind a "looser". While reality shows Georgia's Fanni Willis self destructing from blatant Democrapic entitlement. Just a week ago she was wagging her finger in her church at "haters" saying they aint getting anywhere with her. These Democraps live in dreamland as they spend our tax dollars to bankruptcy. Actually they will simply say we the people are not paying our fair share and raise taxes more. To pay for all the Democrapic entitlement that is ripping us off.

So you heard it on the video. Feb 15 is dooms day for Fanni Willis. And the RICO Trump case is sullied beyond repair. Bill Oreilly is a very pragmatic guy. He's not a lawyer but he has loads of common sense. And our legal system doesn't work without common sense. So to avoid investigations and disbarments and tons of ugly future things, the judge will have no choice but to dump this whole case onto somebody else. Somebody else meaning an entirely different jurisdiction. Aint nobody in Fanni Willises office can ever touch this case again. And Fulton County was the biggest Trump hater county in the state. Most other counties are much more neutral about Trump. So this whole case will be reevaluated to see if another county is willing to pay all the bills to get Trump into court. And they will NOT be inclined to want to get tangled up with the mess of big money donors volunteering to pick up the tab. There are all kinds of conflict laws that tangle it up. Fanni Willis bent over backwards to set it all up, but most other counties have no clue how to do it legally.

So OReilly is certainly spot on in the Georgia case. The whole thing is likely toast, and all those people that took plea deals have permanent stains on their records that can't be appealed. They already signed their rights away for their lenient sentences. Unless they find that the ink somehow isn't dry enough yet.

So Georgia and Florida looks out of it, and DC is totally stalled. The Supreme Court is stuck with looking at the Ballot situation very hard to come up with a ruling once and for all. And you can't punish somebody that has no conviction. So we will soon get a legally worded final verdict as to why the 14th Amendment can't be used in this way ever again.

So the only things left are Rape appeals, and Hooker charges. Again, hooker charges that land in front of a jury will come back guilty. But no money for the hooker, because she was already paid in full, Bwahahahaha. So all that's left is campaign finance violations, and tax law violations. All penny anti stuff compared to crazy rape payouts. I would bet that Brag tries to frame it like Trump "Raped" the justice department and claim they are also entitled to $83 million dollars, hah.

So you see how all this is starting to unravel as Trump gets more time to campaign? It was all crap to begin with, and appeals in time will make Trump whole again. And it looks like Trump will be able to campaign hard for the next election. And it was the lawyers on the other side, and not Trumps lawyers, that
messed up these cases.

Just wow. And look at what Israel has been doing with Hezbollah all this time to the north. All the attention has been on Gaza, but Hezbollah has been jumping in with their own attacks. Well Israel has responded with a war to the north. Hezbollah is in clear violation of all peace treaties ever signed, and Israel has been blowing the crap out of them all this time. Look at all the progress and terrorists killed so far on the Lebanese side.



America has all the war technology that even China fears. But Israelis are the kings of the warrior trade. And it's just jaw dropping what Israel can do with American technology. Israel has it's own technology too. The iron dome, laser dome, and every other kind of dome it has invented. They have their own tanks and they don't blow up like the Russian tanks. They got foam bombs and tunnel flooders, and simply weapons that they are even hesitant to use in such a small confined war near their own territory. Yup, Israel is most definitely the wrong big dog to pick a fight with.

As for war updates, Biden is still desperate for a deal to end this for election points. But every time Blinkin shows up, he has to walk thru Israels vastly expanding hall of evidence. And then he has to sit in waiting rooms with show cases of the latest atrocity evidence captured. And Blinkin has to stare at all that stuff as he waits for his meetings with whoever. Natty Yahoo is likely too busy to hear Blinkins selfish craziness, so he has underlings work on Blinkin by endlessly talking about the latest evidence of Iranian and Qatars involvements. Obviously this puts Blinkin in an awkward situation to even utter the words cease fire. And that is the point Israel continues to make. No cease fire until it's clear they get their hostages back.

So Khan Younis used to be the Southern City outrage of Genocide while Israel mowed right thru it a destroyed a ton of terrorists. Now Khan is mostly destroyed and there is only one other city left. Rafah. And Israel says it is now heading there too, while the mop up crews cart away Khans evidence and blows up Khans tunnels. Aint that sweet? The mass destruction of a massive terrorist organization.

No doubt terrorists have satellite phones to get the word out that they are in big trouble. And that's why Iran has put the word out to crank up the terrorism on shipping and American bases. But while Biden pounds on a cease fire solution, the treaties Biden has to obey demands that American forces retaliate against the terrorists. Biden is simply stuck with the mess that he created.

So Israel is heading to Rafah. And like a tube of tooth paste, a ton of terrorists were squeezed down into that city. And the world can expect such an outcry of terrorists whimpering like crying babies that they would surely let all the hostages go. Because Iran on the satellite phone is saying America is too mighty, and 72 virgins are awaiting you all, hah.

So the death toll has still not reached 30,000 in a land of utter genocide. So what comes after Genocide? "G" makes me think Giga like in computers. So after Giga is Tera. So that means we next get Terrorcide, Bwahahahahaha. Those terrorists are doomed...

Well it's in pot shot phase as the sloppy winter season drags on. Each side relying on drone warfare with Ruskies vastly out droning Ukraine. On top of that, Russia is building cities in the plowed over captured territory, while Ukraine grovels in trenches and bombed out buildings.

Since the money from America has dried up, Ukraine is now hunting down stolen cash to try to buy more ammunition. And that is the way it will be from now on. Dwindling supply chain as the world is tired of a hopeless war. Ukrainian defenses are withering and the day will come when Putin orders hit squads to make runs against Zelenski. Because once they snuff him out, then the war is over. But then again, Zelenski may be more useful alive. Dragged to the peace table to sign a treaty that Russia keeps what it got. That alone would make his own people drag him out of the house he's holed up in. Because this whole war was a disaster of Ukrainian incompetence. And there has to be a reckoning eventually.

Trump is on the road back, so there will likely be no more big pushes of war. Just a continuing of the war machine buildup, with all the profits from oil sales. I guess that's a good thing. There will always be guns. So it's good enough that people stop shooting them.

Russian ships keep going boom and sinking. Not a huge loss, as Russia is shifting to drones. But China sees all this and they have their eyes on overseas conquests. So they need ships. And since they see how easy ships are to explode, China sees their solution by floating overwhelming numbers of them. Hence the biggest ship building push in Chinese history. Well, the boarder bill has come out in writing and the backers that say the gripping going on is unwarranted, are all wrong. There isn't simply room to gripe, but a cavern to be in nuclear outrage. The Democraps are doing exactly what Democraps are supposed to do. Run America into bankruptcy and the take over what's left of the treasury and crank up taxes big time. We have to "start" paying our fair share. That's the way that Obamanation put it. Like we don't pay enough now. The Democraps are all about transforming America into socialism. Give them ALL your money, they will hand you back a stipend, and then it's up to you to make it last till the next months payment. You don't need cars, so that will help global warming. You don't need gas to heat, but the electric grid is too overloaded to stay on 100%. So rolling blackouts will save tons of energy. And pro choice will pave the way for Democraps to chose that you must get abortions or get sterilized. Because there are too many people to feed.

So that is Democraps, and they will save the world. Like what Biden is doing now...

It's the GOP that is the problem. They are supposed to be protecting the American people from socialism. Yet they are betraying their voters. Bill O'Reilly came thru again and went thru that border bill that the GOP says is a step in the right direction. Holly crap. 5000 migrants a day, and who will be counting them? Nobody. So it's a bill with a fake promise and a real promise. Reducing immigration substantially is fake. But cranking up the dumping of our tax dollars is real. Building facilities to welcome 5000 a day and hand out $1000 paychecks per person. That's $5,000,000.00 of our taxes a day to all these people that won't even have to swear to be American. Or even learn English.

So we got GOP on the Senate side that want this as a good first step. The problem is, if it's made LAW, it's also the last step. Once it's law, it cant be made better. Did anybody ever make Roe V Wade better? And how long did it take to throw that law out?

So you see, The Democraps are crazy, and the GOP is having major RINO infestation problems. The House side has been tossing out RINOs. McCarthy is gone, Buck and all his friends are finished, and now we got House GOP proclaiming that this is a steaming pile of crap. And it is. You know something stinks when you see Biden and Shumer loving on it. And Trump turns out to be right again. Don't you dare, is what Trump hollered.

Yup, swamp draining is coming. And it can't come soon enough. Whether it's betrayal or simply gross incompetence, the end results are the same. America sinking in the mountain of crap.



Well it's come out that Biden is skipping the coveted Super Bowl presidential interview. Thank the gods for that. But you got to be thinking that there are reasons for everything. And the reason is that he can't pull it off on world TV. And you bet the whole world of enemies would be watching him. So there's like 9 months to go, and Joe is falling apart. Democraps just have to do something. Anything, or they may end up with an empty chair literally, besides already being empty figuratively. Joe just aint going to make it. And Harris is even worse. So it's looking like we are setup for more historic craziness in the works. Biden announcing that he's stepping back to pass it off to a younger generation. Even in football, when your at your own 20 yard line, its 4th down, and your down by 7 with 20 seconds left in the game. It's brutally hopeless, but you have to at least try with every ounce of energy left to make a hail marry happen. And the Democraps have really no choice about it. There is no telling how many drugs they pump into Joe each day just to get him out of bed. He already showed he naps with a mask breathing machine. Those tell tale lines on his face. It's usually for smokers with ruined lungs using those things. But they been hooking Joe up to it too, to snap him out of whatever coma he keeps slipping into.

It's like bike racers that sneak in fresh blood transfusions near the end of the race, to get a sudden boost from fresh blood not all tired out. Joe is getting every kind of boost he can get too keep his blood moving. And we really don't know the half of what's been going on.

So it's Michelle Obamas if she will step up, but she is dumb as a post about politics. Maybe right now she is in back rooms buried in politics school. Being tutored by every Democrap imaginable. Or maybe she's at home living the good life and saying it aint her problem. It can't be Gavin Newsom, since California is completely falling apart. Then there's Gretchen Whitmer that runs Michigan. She is on Bidens campaign staff, so she knows the train wreck coming. So does she step up? And will it do any good? Whitmer is not Black. Democraps already in trouble with the black vote. Whitmer would just make it worse. Yup, it has to be Obama or bust. And it will take black woman to black woman to get Harris to step away. Democraps could simply yank her away, but things would only get uglier.

So D-Day is coming in all kinds of things. And D-Day aint very far off either. It won't be too long now when we really start seeing the fur fly.

So Blinkin is heading back to Israel again. But we aren't hearing so much about Israel any more, as they continue their war to crush terrorists. Nope, we are now hearing more about Americans in action. I guess we are finally doing some bombing of our own. Don't forget like the President does, there are Americans also being held hostage. Oh wait, but they are not queers. So Biden is not so concerned. I mean the prisoners in Russia got abandoned after Biden got the queer black woman released. Why not the Paul Wheelan guy? He's been there way longer. I bet he is Republican. That would explain everything.

Now back to business. I posted that this stuff was going to be hitting bang bang bang now, as the desperate flurry to get Trump gets more intense. The DC court tabled the Jan 6 case indefinitely because there was no clue how long the Appeals court would take. You could say that the DC court made that announcement mostly aimed at the Appeals court to get their butts in gear. Because you can't call the judges and ask them how long they will be. And sure enough, they threw everything together and whipped out their Democrapic ruling. Now none of this is quick in any case. To make a ruling the judges have to pen their ideas and then have their army of law clerks comb thru all of case law to cite cases that back up every word of their opinions. Then all 3 judges have to battle their opinions back and forth until they get a consensus on the entire text that is finally hammered out. Each judge declaring YES or NO. With their reasons backed up with the case law their clerks cite.

In this case it was a unanimous NO. And not very surprising. 2 Dems and an old guard never Trumper Bushy. But at the last minute, the judges cracked the whip on their clerks to get their butts in gear to rule the way everybody expected. Now this thing gets kicked back up to the busy Supreme Court. They have to be petitioned to take this up again, and then the SCOTUS has to sit and look over the Appeals ruling and see if they might have a quibble with it. If they don't they could reject it, meaning the Appeals ruling stands. Then the DC case is back on again. But if the SCOTUS takes it up, they will have to review everything in the book that was produced to see if all is in order. Since this book is entirely an opinion ruling based on a mountain of case law that may or may not have much to do with this case, the SCOTUS will likely have to take up the case to thoroughly determine if SCOTUS agrees with the long chain of case law opinions. The SCOTUS is not there to come up with their own opinion, the job of SCOTUS is to make sure that all the work sitting on their bench passes Constitutional muster. But even that can be considered an opinion, because most everything that the SCOTUS deals with is on hair splitting matters. Does the rulings split into Constitutional territory or outside. And that is why we get 6/4 SCOTUS rulings.

Now in this case, with all the court insanity playing naked before our eyes, the SCOTUS could take the case and waste a ton of time to spite the cheating Jack Smith. And they won't be cracking the whips on their clerks. But the SCOTUS could end up affirming the appeal anyway. Because absolute immunity has always been a stretched idea. Presidents may have it while in office, but they are NOT supposed come after you after your tossed out.

But this Appeals court is simply way off the deep end. Ruling that Trump can't have immunity "forever". Like what does that have to do with anything? All "crimes" were done while Trump was in office. So he WOULD be immune forever on those counts. He just can't do more counts while out of office. Then Trump can be charged on NEW counts. The question here is what did Trump do that is considered a "crime". Some things could be ruled immune and some things not. Like when Nixon had his men break into Watergate. Everybody was sure that was a crime not covered by immunity. And that is why Ford pardoned him. He knew they were after him and he stopped the posse for the healing of the nation.

So the SCOTUS could be more inclined to force a trial to flesh this out once and for all. That would be more useful to make American law stronger. And that's the SCUTUSs only concern in what they do. Strengthening American law and rejecting things that would make it more rickety. That's why Jack Smith was rejected and a full appeal had to be done. Now the SCOTUS has actual case law to review. So it was really less about Trump and more about the gains from proper legal procedure.

But you never know. Maybe there is already enough case law that the Supreme Court could simply rule this whole issue now. They will hear arguments on the 8th. And everybody and their mothers are weighing in. There's already 78 Amicus Briefs that were filed. That's people and organizations writing the court saying why they legally love and hate Trump. In the end the SCOTUS is likely to rule that some things are crimes and some things are immune. And it all depends on what the arguments made on the 8th are. It will be like a mini trial. All charges will be listed, and all defenses will also be listed. But you have to have a trial to know if there's proven guilt to be immune from. One side says Trumps speech incited insurrection. While the other side says Trump said "protest peacefully".

So this whole thing is a cluster fuck that will certainly waste a ton of time. Exactly what Trump wants. SCOTUS is not ment to rule on if Trump is guilty. So SCOTUS will dig thru case law to find anything that would help. And that takes a long time. Then SCOTUS is likely to say some crimes yea and some crimes ney. And Trump is likely to have freedom of speech with immunity protection. Because the President is the most free speech person in our country. He can say whatever he wants in the defense of America. Even if riots start from it. But Jack Smith has all kinds of charges, and others may or may not be immune. So some charges may be wiped but not all. It all depends on what case law the SCOTUS can find.

But we got another leak today. That invisible prosecutor investigating Biden says he will release his report that will be "critical" of Bidens handling of classified documents, but no charges will be filed. And Biden was Vice President with no right to take classified documents home. So there you go. The SCOTUS sees all this unfairness. And does anybody think that the SCOTUS would not be influenced by the insanity laying on Trump? In a world like that, I say Trump gets full immunity and all charges in DC and Georgia are wiped. And maybe Florida too. Yup, the Supreme Court could really dump on the Democraps to even up the election playing field. One quick 6/4 ruling and America can get on with life outside of court TV.

But at the least, the DC trial on Jan 6 charges aint happenin. The full 9 judge Appeals court could be called on next. 3 judges certainly screwed it all up. That will waste tons more time, then it's the Supreme Court again. And all this has to be scheduled. Nobody sits around waiting for Trump to be knocking. So 9 Appeals court judges would have to do all the law clerk digging to backup opinions to make sure they are legal rulings. Another 2 to 3 months at least. Then SCOTUS spends a month deciding if it even wants to review this. Then schedule the hearings in another month or so at the least. Then another 2 to 3 months for the complete SCOTUS review. Then the election is here and the Jan 6 trial is still in limbo. Same goes with Georgia trials. And they also have a huge Fanni Willis problem. Florida is hopelessly tangled with 3 million documents to review. Due process demands all documents get due consideration. So you see the calamity of fake prosecutions of Trump. Aint no other candidate could give so many prosecutions the run around like Trump does.

So what has leaked out, which is all they got, is that the CFO claimed a 10,000 square foot area was 30,000 square feet. Oh, the world is sinking. The CFO claimed at the time, that he just made a mistake in his old ageness. But Prosecutors went back for more dirt and threatened the CFO for perjury and major prison time if he didn't say Trump put him up to it. So the old guy that spent 4 months in Rikers prison gave in and said no charges, and he will say what they want. And that's what Dems got. It will get thrown out on appeal, but how long will that take? The guy is at home in peaceful retirement. He doesn't have much time to let waste. He  might even want to move to Cuba where their justice is alot more sane. But the whole point is, now Engoron has reason to seriously crank up Trumps fines even further. And Trump will have no choice but to pay them quickly, to give him the right to appeal. And that is the rub. How many hundreds of millions of dollars does it take to ruin Trumps election run? Trump will have to give title to his building to the courts to satisfy the bond requirements. Then the courts own his building and could search it top to bottom without a warrant. Or simply plant anything they want. They invented Russia Russia Russia ,the Pee report, and falsified FISA Warrants. Why not relocate the entire inventory of the NYPDs cocaine stores into Trump Tower. Then haul in the hater press to cover the biggest Cocaine bust in history. Do you think that would torpedo Trumps election run? These Democraps will do anything if they think it will work. Then pardon themselves after they take the White House. Yup, this is a dog eat dog war and there is no other GOP candidate that can beat the Dems, even if they could win the election. The swamp protects its own.

Sure sure I aint no lawyer, but that doesn't mean I don't know squat. I'm in the works to file my own lawsuit "pro se". It's a mess to try to collect, but I got tons of evidence. So why pay lawyers everything just for justice, when I can do it myself and keep whatever loot I can collect. And if I can't collect much, well, I saved on a ton of lawyer fees. We the people have the right to do our own suing in this country. But some judges would disagree. And that is really the gamble. I got to hope I don't get an Engoron for a judge. Or all the evidence in the world won't mean squat.

Oh, and it aint like Judge Judy where you just show up with your evidence. It should be like that, but all courts have rules of engagement. They call it "Rules of Civil Procedure". Like a 50 page book on the internet. Basically all the rules of the court that you must follow. So you have a bit of studying to do. I printed it out in big text to see easily and tab and highlight what will apply to me. Then there's guides for the layout of complaints, briefs and motions. You follow the guides so you make filings that the courts have room to stamp stuff on. And then I printed out a few cases like mine. There's millions of cases to take your pick. So when I'm ready, the Judge will either admire me, or hate me. I'm lookin to collect on a breach of contract debt. It's a bit stranger than most contracts, but it's a perfectly legal claim. I even found a similar case where the crooks lawyer threw a curve ball to get the case thrown out. But the judge shot it down because another case said the curve ball is invalid. So I expect a similar curve ball will be thrown at me. Hah, and then I got em.

I got tons of evidence, so the crook is toast. But collection is the sticky part. The unjust enrichment is already hidden and lots even spent. The crook said he would file bankruptcy if I chased after him, so I would have to go to bankruptcy court and show them he was doing bankruptcy fraud. That will get his bankruptcy case thrown out. And I would have to call the IRS and tell them he is a tax cheat. So the collections is really where all this gets messy. And I called lots of lawyers and the few that were interested soon backed out when it was clear collections would get messy. These lawyers cost a fortune and all they want is free money. So I'm doing it myself.

So there you go. I aint just talk in an old lazy boy, I got action going on too. And getting a crook is going to be very satisfying... I hope.

All kinds of stuff happening today. They dropped the hammer on the Crumbleys. In American law, the parents of the Crumbley kid that shot up a school are guilty for simply having guns in the house with the kid. The jury specifically asked the judge if they could be told what the kid had to do to gain access to the guns. And the judge said it don't matter. Even if the kid had to take an ax to a locked steel cabinet, they were ordered to rule innocent or guilty of manslaughter and gross negligence for simply having guns under the same roof as the kid.

So what does that mean for all those Gazans with guns, RPGs, and rockets stacked up in their closets and basements? In their schools and hospitals? In their cars and ambulances? It means that in American law, they are all criminals that should be imprisoned, just like they are doing with the Crumbley parents. And since we can't jail all those Gazans, we supply Israel with all the arms it needs to do justice for us. Because Gazans have our people too. And Terrorists are always saying "Death To America". Well it's way past time to HELP put an end to all those threats from people that live a criminal lifestyle.
