I already wrote about the crazy details this past week, and how we will still get by it for now. But every day is something different and today is no exception. People pile the hate on Elon Musk, but boy does he make some sweet stuff. And not just trinket stuff either. I'm no greenie, but I see the greatness in electric cars. And Musk is giving the world a reason why they can work. Because he's making them work. Better than anybody ever has. And now he started a big catch up race. So everybody else can build them as good as his. So one day if we don't screw the pooch, all cars will be electric and there won't be car wrecks any more. I see that as a good thing.
And the other Musk wonder is those amazing rockets. He is doing it. Way better than anybody ever rocketed before. And they too can help save the human race. The second launch of that giant rocket was spectacular. Surviving thru all of the high pressure events to get to space. So that damn thing is really well built, on only it's second test flight. It looks to me like that quickly built hot staging setup kicked the whole booster sideways and set off the self destruct. A well built rocket may have been blown up. Hard to say about the upper stage, But it flew into space, so it might have run into flight control issues that also triggered the self destruct. But the whole thing worked until most of the fuel was gone. And that covers pretty much all the stresses that rocket will face. On just the second flight. Spectacular. NASA has to know that they are out of the rocket business, and we got no more taxes for them to throw away. And all of mankind today was watching hope shooting into space. Because when shit hits the fan, it would be nice if we could get the hell out, at least for awhile. Brought to all of human kind by Elon Musk. People need to quit hating on that guy. And to think, Amber Herd dated Musk, as she said in court, just to kill time. It's just amazing Musk would want to save anybody on this planet. Especially these days.
Anyways, that Apple series "For All Mankind" seems pretty good. Since it's Apple, there's more reality to it, since there wouldn't be Apple if their stuff didn't work. As opposed to Hollywood and their abject fairytale stories. So Al Gore saved the world. A crazy idea for sure. But it's kept rather real. America and Russia may be working together, but Apple still paints it as a strictly business relationship. Like what our space partnership is now. And North Korea is not trusted. And Al Gore wasn't going to fix any of that. Can't tell where China is in all this. So it will be an interesting series with a bit of everything. It's a story of what the world would be like if things with space had been different. Obviously the way it was, we never really got anywhere after the moon landings, and it seemed like we were heading down the liberal rabbit hole. But liberals never really liked space, so that angle didn't make sense for a space show. JFK liked space, but every other liberal wanted the space money for social programs. So this ss a show of what if liberals liked space, hah. Now there you go. A liberal I could vote for. And sure enough, everybody liked Kennedy. Except all the people that shot him. Oh and the Ruskies hated him too. Treated him like a dumb kid. Russians amped up the nukes and that German wall on Kennedys watch. But the Ruskies were already out of control and Kennedy gave them room to run out of steam. That's the way I look at it. Kennedy didn't aggravate the bees any more than they already were. The mystery prosecutor, investigating Bidens classified documents taken while he was Vice president and President, says no reasonable prosecutor would press charges against Biden. hah. Instead a stern instruction session would take place to educate President Biden. The media talking heads are exclaiming with great relief that they knew all along that the Biden persecution was simply a nothing burger. And now the time can be spent on more serious matters. Umm, yea. Prosecuting Trump for the same thing...
There's another video of another Judge Napolitano interview, and he says he knows Bidens prosecutor very well and smells a rat here. He said Bidens prosecutor is a pit bull like Jack Smith. Yet he only interviewed Biden for 5 hours and then we only heard crickets. He thinks something funny is going on here. He thinks there is a deal in the works. No charges if Biden walks away from the election ticket. And he thinks we got no announcement yet because everybody is still playing poker with all his other family members.
So Bidens whole family mess could suddenly get off, as they work hard to put Trump in prison. Then Democraps put Newsom on the ticket and "take their chances"? I don't see it quite like that. So they got to get Biden and Harris to stand up on world TV and announce Michelle Obama as president and Newsom as Vice President. So as I posted, the Democraps are in a really bad mess, and more tricks is all they got. If the GOP gets it's way, we could be in for scandal that puts Watergate to shame. And the Obamas may want nothing to do with it. The Obamas see it all, and they are not dumb. And they may not have as much to do with Biden as people are thinking. And that could explain why Michelle Obama is so invisible these days. Yup. It's lookin like Democraps are stuck with "Weekend at Bernies" meets "The Teflon Don".
Anyways, Trump was gagged by the New York judge from making any mention of his staff. His lawyers were gagged the same way. While they helplessly watched the judges law clerk continually whisper into the judges ear. Trumps lawyers already have a picture of the same law clerk doing a selfie with Democrap Chuck Schumer, who heads the Senates efforts against Trump. So since Trump and his team are force to watch the interaction going on in court, and are barred from any inquiry about it, they filed objections and appeals to reclaim Trumps fair rights in the matter. But the process channel available to Trump directly is slow and twisty. Amazingly, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has other channels of appeals available to her, and she filed her own appeal on Trumps behalf. And she got a very quick response. After just an hour long hearing, the appeals judge suspended Trumps New York gag order pending further investigation. Very interesting.
It was mentioned by Trumps team that the judges law clerk had also made political donations to Democrapic functions in violation of New York law. The jugdes gag order barred the Trump side from ever mentioning it again. So Trump was ordered by the court to not utter to anybody that his law clerk may have broken the law. That's what is going on in the New York court. So that's why it only took an hour for another judge to put a stop to this judges ruling. The other appeals channel Trumps team was forced to use has not even gotten to the matter. So it's pretty clear that things are not very balanced for Trump. So if the Florida judge is tipping the scales the other way, so be it. In America, there has to be balance in our justice system. Equal justice for all. And if that justice is not in balance in any particular room, then that balance must be restored in some other room. Even if the room is in Florida.
So that kinda pisses on those naysayers claiming 2 wrongs don't make a right. Judges everywhere have lots of discretion all over the place. And that's why the New York judge can legally piss all over Trump. And the Florida judge can legally piss all over New York. Because it's America, the worlds biggest pissing contest. hah.
As for the New York law clerk, it has been discovered that she donated thousands of dollars more than New York law allows. So Trump can't be gagged from complaining and demanding investigations. And if appeals refused to see it that way, the Supreme Court would have been forced to step in. So it was a no brainer for the appeals court Stefanic used.
As for Bidens charges, there's no charges. And the Florida judge is clearly aware of it. So while she post pones trial date decisions, she will be at her discretion to figure out a legal way to add balance to Trumps classified documents charges. In America, there's just too many people to let some go while trying to imprison others. The appeals process along the way will have to work out the imbalance.
As for Colorados trial to keep Trump off the ballot, Jack Smith showed up and filed an argument in this state civil case. What the hell is Smith doing messing around with this case? Seems he argued that Trump is not criminally charged, but he is clearly responsible for insurrection on Jan 6. So Smith entered into evidence his claim to the court. And this court does not require reasonable doubt. Just that something is likely to have occurred. And that's why Smith filed his argument. He entered evidence that Trump "likely" committed insurrection. And that ruling is all that is needed to keep Trump off the ballot, in a civil trial. So they claim.
But, it aint that simple. First off, there's no such thing as an insurrection charge. It was a word used in the civil war days to keep southerners out of the government. It was a temporary amendment that could not be enforced permanently. And that's why Trump can't be barred. It was deactivated long ago. Because there's no crime of insurrection. People long ago could have appealed it at the time, but no northern court would even listen to a southerner. That's that balance in the room thing going on. The north freed the slaves, and won the war to enforce it. And no Southern legal trick was going to even be tolerated. Back in those days, our legal system wasn't as fleshed out, and there was not a thing called due process. But the Supreme Court evolved and so did the laws. So due process required that the 14th amendment be deactivated. And it's been that way ever since. And it can't be reactivated with the way our laws work today.
So a bunch of waste went on in Colorado as haters tried more Constitution twisting tricks to get Trump. Calling Trump and company insurrectionists for following legal idiots. Even worse, the legal lynch mob arrested Trump and company with other Constitution twisting tricks to end all their lives behind bars. Looking at the replay of the SpaceX launch and it looks like there may have been engine system explosions on both halfs of the vehicle. They were both pretty empty on fuel, so they could have had the same problem. Sucking in air all the sudden into turbo pumps. They don't like to do that. Being a new vehicle setup, they may not have gotten it right to avoid running dry. The booster exploded after flipping rapidly around. That could have sloshed the remaining fuel around too quickly, and then boom. 3 engines were still running at the time. The upper stage ran and ran till it reached space and ran low on fuel. It was not gaining altitude, so it was now flying horizontal. Microgravity could have made those engines suck in air. It appears like maybe one engine exploded while the others kept going. Then it appears like another exploded, as it started to loose altitude. Then shortly after all engines went dark and the data stopped coming in. They called out terminate while engines were still running, so the control room was seeing problems. None of that is any big deal and SpaceX will just have to review the fuel metering setup to make sure all those bases are covered. These are new engines, so there even could be engine bugs that still need to be worked out. But for as long as so many engines ran, there is just not a whole lot wrong with what went on. There's another video of another Judge Napolitano interview, and he says he knows Bidens prosecutor very well and smells a rat here. He said Bidens prosecutor is a pit bull like Jack Smith. Yet he only interviewed Biden for 5 hours and then we only heard crickets. He thinks something funny is going on here. He thinks there is a deal in the works. No charges if Biden walks away from the election ticket. And he thinks we got no announcement yet because everybody is still playing poker with all his other family members.
So Bidens whole family mess could suddenly get off, as they work hard to put Trump in prison. Then Democraps put Newsom on the ticket and "take their chances"? I don't see it quite like that. All this war, just to doink the field goal. No, I think they are working on more insurance than that. They can certainly bribe Biden off the ticket. And they will have to come up with a big fat juicy bribe to get Kamala Harris off the ticket too. You have to know that her and every black vote won't walk away without free money. She can't just give a speech to the world saying "for the good of the country". That will start the black riot everywhere as people smell a rat. And we know how ugly black riots get. No, just making Joe walk away just won't cut it. May as well be handing everything to Trump. So they got to get Biden and Harris to stand up on world TV and announce Michelle Obama as president and Newsom as Vice President. Then Michelle can plan on doing nothing, as Barack Hussain and Newsom work to run the country with the puppet masters. As they continue to pound on Trump. Yup, nobody just quits. We are going to have more historic shenanigans being played to make all this possible. Shenanigans that may in time come out. Because it's being said that Bidens pit bull prosecutor is being held back. And he will eventually have a story to tell.
But even this is a mess. The Trump prosecution thing is making Trump even more famous. To the point where Trump might pardon himself out of prison and clean Democrap clocks. And if somehow another GOP candidate is helped to take the vote from Trump, then Democraps may loose even worse. So it has to be the ugliest Trump they can make, versus Democrap royalty with brain power at her side. A Democrap with brains. I just don't see one.
So as I posted, the Democraps are in a really bad mess, and more tricks is all they got. If the GOP gets it's way, we could be in for scandal that puts Watergate to shame. And the Obamas may want nothing to do with it. The Obamas see it all, and they are not dumb. And they may not have as much to do with Biden as people are thinking. And that could explain why Michelle Obama is so invisible these days. Yup. It's lookin like Democraps are stuck with "Weekend at Bernies" meets "The Teflon Don".
Anyways, Trump was gagged by the New York judge from making any mention of his staff. His lawyers were gagged the same way. While they helplessly watched the judges law clerk continually whisper into the judges ear. Trumps lawyers already have a picture of the same law clerk doing a selfie with Democrap Chuck Schumer, who heads the Senates efforts against Trump. So since Trump and his team are force to watch the interaction going on in court, and are barred from any inquiry about it, they filed objections and appeals to reclaim Trumps fair rights in the matter. But the process channel available to Trump directly is slow and twisty. Amazingly, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has other channels of appeals available to her, and she filed her own appeal on Trumps behalf. And she got a very quick response. After just an hour long hearing, the appeals judge suspended Trumps New York gag order pending further investigation. Very interesting.
It was mentioned by Trumps team that the judges law clerk had also made political donations to Democrapic functions in violation of New York law. The jugdes gag order barred the Trump side from ever mentioning it again. So Trump was ordered by the court to not utter to anybody that his law clerk may have broken the law. That's what is going on in the New York court. So that's why it only took an hour for another judge to put a stop to this judges ruling. The other appeals channel Trumps team was forced to use has not even gotten to the matter. So it's pretty clear that things are not very balanced for Trump. So if the Florida judge is tipping the scales the other way, so be it. In America, there has to be balance in our justice system. Equal justice for all. And if that justice is not in balance in any particular room, then that balance must be restored in some other room. Even if the room is in Florida.
So that kinda pisses on those naysayers claiming 2 wrongs don't make a right. Judges everywhere have lots of discretion all over the place. And that's why the New York judge can legally piss all over Trump. And the Florida judge can legally piss all over New York. Because it's America, the worlds biggest pissing contest. hah.
As for the New York law clerk, it has been discovered that she donated thousands of dollars more than New York law allows. So Trump can't be gagged from complaining and demanding investigations. And if appeals refused to see it that way, the Supreme Court would have been forced to step in. So it was a no brainer for the appeals court Stefanic used.
As for Bidens charges, there's no charges. And the Florida judge is clearly aware of it. So while she post pones trial date decisions, she will be at her discretion to figure out a legal way to add balance to Trumps classified documents charges. In America, there's just too many people to let some go while trying to imprison others. The appeals process along the way will have to work out the imbalance.
As for Colorados trial to keep Trump off the ballot, Jack Smith showed up and filed an argument in this state civil case. What the hell is Smith doing messing around with this case? Seems he argued that Trump is not criminally charged, but he is clearly responsible for insurrection on Jan 6. So Smith entered into evidence his claim to the court. And this court does not require reasonable doubt. Just that something is likely to have occurred. And that's why Smith filed his argument. He entered evidence that Trump "likely" committed insurrection. And that ruling is all that is needed to keep Trump off the ballot, in a civil trial. So they claim.
But, it aint that simple. First off, there's no such thing as an insurrection charge. It was a word used in the civil war days to keep southerners out of the government. It was a temporary amendment that could not be enforced permanently. And that's why Trump can't be barred. It was deactivated long ago. Because there's no crime of insurrection. People long ago could have appealed it at the time, but no northern court would even listen to a southerner. That's that balance in the room thing going on. The north freed the slaves, and won the war to enforce it. And no Southern legal trick was going to even be tolerated. Back in those days, our legal system wasn't as fleshed out, and there was not a thing called due process. But the Supreme Court evolved and so did the laws. So due process required that the 14th amendment be deactivated. And it's been that way ever since. And it can't be reactivated with the way our laws work today.
So a bunch of waste went on in Colorado as haters tried more Constitution twisting tricks to get Trump. Calling Trump and company insurrectionists for following legal idiots. Even worse, the legal lynch mob arrested Trump and company with other Constitution twisting tricks to end all their lives behind bars. Because there aint no law called insurrection to arrest them with. And it ended in the failure that the Constitution demanded. So why not call all these legal idiots in Colorado insurrectionists? That's what they do to all Trumps people. Trying what JFKs people did long ago. And I really don't know if they actually got it wrong. They took away attorney client privilege and charged them over what they talked about. How unConstitutional is that? The way they say it now, you cant even ask your lawyer if doing something is illegal. It's now "intent" to commit a crime. Holly shit. So at worst, Trump and company deserve the same penalty as all these legal idiots in Colorado that got it wrong. And I don't see anybody that attacked Trump here, looking to pay any penalty at all. Folks, I am not a "turn the other cheek" type of dude. The law lets you counter sue people that sue you and cost you time and treasure. The same should go for crooked cops that pull all these stunts. Because we are all in serious shit, when cops can do the twisty twist on you and you can't afford to fight back. So Trump can afford to fight the crooks trying to take away his business and $250 million dollars. Other people like Diddy have to settle in less than 24 hours because they can't afford the fight. I talk about Diddy further down. So I really don't see any justice going on right now. These days our "justice system" has become no better than these flash mobs that are going crazy. Cops doing the smash and grab on anybody they hate.
So Trump pays the bills and walks away with a sign that says Jack Smith and the corrupt DOJ is all over the country, coordinating all the election interference attacks on Trump, from all directions. It's a sign that can't be denied. A sign that cost a mint that the Supreme Court can clearly see. And Trump aint the only one that paid. The taxes paid all those cops and court because they didn't learn all the laws in law school. And from what I see in the libtard media, this whole country is full of idiot lawyers that graduated law school without knowing the laws. And people barfing out bad law need to pay for their mistakes. Just like bad doctors have to pay. Bad doctors are getting sued all the time. But you never hear about lawyers and Prosecutors getting sued. Actual cops are getting sued. But that's only because they can't deny what the smartphones are recording. Well there you go. Legal action so fast that nobody else would figure it possible. That alone shows how rigged America is. Astounding how quick this went. And while other courts that knew the law threw this out immediately, this court milked the crap "into" it and still couldn't make it work. Trump is now free to loose in Colorado, like he always did. Trump is not a drug user. So those people will never relate to him. As for what the judge "said", she is like anybody else, free to speak what she thinks. And she is free to say she "found" something in a trial that doesn't need something to actually "find", hah. You can only really "find" things in a criminal trial. Because if you really didn't "find" it in a criminal trial, then the counter suits will be flying, as they should.

Looking at the replay of the SpaceX launch and it looks like there may have been engine system explosions on both halfs of the vehicle. They were both pretty empty on fuel, so they could have had the same problem. Sucking in air all the sudden into turbo pumps. They don't like to do that. Being a new vehicle setup, they may not have gotten it right to avoid running dry. The booster exploded after flipping rapidly around. That could have sloshed the remaining fuel around too quickly, and then boom. 3 engines were still running at the time. The upper stage ran and ran till it reached space and ran low on fuel. It was not gaining altitude, so it was now flying horizontal. Microgravity could have made those engines suck in air. It appears like maybe one engine exploded while the others kept going. Then it appears like another exploded, as it started to loose altitude. Then shortly after all engines went dark and the data stopped coming in. They called out terminate while engines were still running, so the control room was seeing problems. None of that is any big deal and SpaceX will just have to review the fuel metering setup to make sure all those bases are covered. These are new engines, so there even could be engine bugs that still need to be worked out. But for as long as so many engines ran, there is just not a whole lot wrong with what went on. Nothing seemed to go out of control in any of the video. So their flight systems seemed spot on for as far as it went. And their launch pad went a hell of a lot better than last time. So it's clear that SpaceX has the worlds biggest rocket design that will be in tweeking mode. And it could possible land on the moon in as little as 2 years from now. Geez. SpaceX is a private company so nobody can kick Musk out of this national achievement. I hear the Chat-GDP guy was just fired from his company for no obvious reason. It could be that their success is now being hijacked by others grabbing at control. It would not be the first time that power grabs shook things up like that.
