Russia delivers 700 tons of humanitarian aid to Donbass and Ukraine residents

RIA Novosti Agency quoted the Russian Emergencies as saying in a statement on Monday that Russia has delivered over 700 tons of humanitarian aid to Donbass and Ukraine through the rescue centers of the ministry.
