I use pia and i havent had any problems, also it seems to be one of the cheaper options.

I havent been back in a couple months because of the name calling , "being accused of trolling my own thread (whatever that means" etc. 
But I wanted to clarify it was the configuration that was messed up I guess. The letter I got from my provider had my IP (not the hong kong address). I checked and even with PIA running it showed my IP, so I reinstalled and now it says the correct place I connect to as my IP
I also learned not to let the computer go into sleep mode as it turns off PIA. 
My problem now is I got a pop up message from PIA that it was missing a driver and I needed to add a bunch of exceptions to my firewall. I tried but one of the drivers wasnt there. 
So now I need to reinstall VPN inn safe mode ... Its geting to be a hassle. I am waiting on a linkk for the vpn software as I cant find it on their site
but it does seem to still be working. Until today . the torrents just seem frozen in their downloading state.

Its not the debate who keep logs and who dont although all vpn providers keep logs but what i heard from news publisher that pia spy to users logs and other issues. So that i purchased purevpn because of its low price and performance, its also mentioned on top via vpnranks.
