How to add/remove updates/programs to Pre Activated Windows 7 ISO?

I'd like to add programs like winrar, chrome, office ...
I'd like to add all the updates from now ...

I found this sort of tutorial that does something like this ...

rt7lite is as buggy as shit. Learn about WAIK. Download WAIK. Utilize WAIK  Wink

LowOrbit, you're a smart guy, and I like you, but most people would rather run around naked in the streets than use WAIK.

Besides, some aspects of WAIK's functionality are deemed antiquated.

If i use the iso that i downloaded ... it tells me to extract it ... and then i have to select the OS that i'd like to change ... what ever i choose, i get an error ... "Please select a valid Windows 7 oerating system"

What now ???
