Oh god.  THis is the TV cut of trhe movie.  This isnt watchable.  Its not even finished.  DOnt know why they used this version of it. The finished cut is 155 Minutes.  They used a work print for this Riff.

I think they edited it (gutted?). They make reference to watching the movie "uncut" in their intro. They've been known to edit for time, content, and whatnot before.
