I think they edited it (gutted?). They make reference to watching the movie "uncut" in their intro. They've been known to edit for time, content, and whatnot before.

Its my understanding that they edit a lot, if not most, of their VOD movies.

I love I when they riff a movie I found in some bargain bin or video dump somewhere back in the early aughts. I was deep into my bad, Japanese toku phase when I found this gem. I'd bet I've seen the first 10 minutes of the long version 20 times but the ending just twice. 

Pros: I kinda dig the opening scene, it's a decent setup for a disaster flick, it has a "name" cast and Glen Ford is a fucking legend.

Cons: it isn't a good movie.

That said, it's a funny riff, and I'm guessing they "sat on this riff" for a few years because they found or recorded it during Covid. Related, yet ultimately unimportant: Drop the Grimtrax trigger warning. Comedy, in general, has an inherent trigger warning. Solid into though!
