need help

Hello, i downloaded dying light 2 (by rjaa) 

can't open the setup (the problem is missing msvcr100.dll)

(folder guard emergency recovery utility msvcr100.dll)

tried everyting to fix msvcr100 
any solutions ?

One good alternative is the All-In-One VisualC / C++ repack. It is a big bunch, but all editions in one go, fire and forget.

Another thing is that some DirectX stuff won't come with VC Redist; DirectPlay, for example. Gotta get the DX packages or install MS XNA, the Framework is more complete. But MS blocked it on recent Windows 10 updates, so you have to stick with Windows 7, 8, or older versions of 10.

Keep in mind MS installers usually look for something on line; even if most of the work is done local by an off-line install, some uncommon pieces may be downloaded.
Also some DLLs like dxinput1_3 or opencl may elude. Your mileage may vary, no size fits all.
