Trying to Sync Music from computer to IPhone
#1
Does anybody know what would cause these issues with 2 different apps:
1. iTunes to Apple Music app on iPhone:
It told me on iTunes that it sync over thousand songs and when I went to check out the music only 2 artists showed up and so I didn’t know what to do with that.

So I switched to the second app:
2. Cloud music and it was working fine till I went there a second time all music  and all playlists had completely disappeared and it in the WiFi sync in the app when I connected from laptop to my iPhone till showed the music so I just removed all music because I had no problem to fix the issue at all.

So I don’t know if I need another app that will connect to my iPhone or what I need to do to get music back on my iPhone

I'm not sure at all because I don't use an iPhone and I'm not into Phones at all but is there for some reason any chance these music files that you're talking about have been some how removed by Apple because they don't agree with what is on your Phone?  Also did you make sure that when you were transferring your music with your computer that you made sure you ticked the box in iTunes to enable that you want to do 'manual' music management and move and copy the files yourself?

I don't know what's going on but I know that Apple shouldn't be trusted really which is why I don't own an apple product myself.  If I wanted something a bit like it then I'd easily swap to a better brand of music player where it allows you to handle all your music files yourself instead of having to deal with the likes of Apple who you don't even know but could be watching all your content and deleting at their own free will?

There's isn't an app, Apple is a monopoly company designed so that they have all the control of your device taking away your freedom of using your own files.  If they want they can reject anything that they don't approve of.  This is why I don't have an Apple product myself and I stay well away.  Apart from it being highly expensive to buy Apple, they also control what you can do with it so there's no freedom like say if you wanted to download a torrent and put it on.  You could do that and use Manual file management setting in iTunes but it's possible during updates they could change what's on your iPhone if they want.

Really if you want to listen to music on the go then get a proper device to listen to music on, something which isn't anything like Apple.  I mean it's a Phone really you shouldn't use phones to listen to music they are crap you should use a decent player instead which has a good DAC (Digital to Audio Converter) and has a much better sound with a decent EQ to boost the sound quality.
