Proble Upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 10

Hi Guyz i recently downloaded Windows 10 Home And Pro iso file from thepiratebay.se and wanted to upgrade my computer from Windows 8 to Windows 10. However during upgrade it asks for a serial key and the Next button is not highligted. I have tried several keys but to no avail. My computer has Windows 8 Enterprise N currently installed. Where am i going wrong? Or probably am using a wrong Windows 10 for upgrade. Any help will be very much appreciated.

You can download Win10 from Microsoft website, but if you haven't got the upgrade option within you win8, then run updates and you'll get it if your Win8 is legit, otherwise download some activator for your Win8. Then run the System Updates and you'll get that upgrade to win10 option which you'll download thru updates  from Microsoft. No need to download Win10 from any website but the Microsoft website and you''ll also get the option to create a bootable DVD or USB so that you can fresh reinstall it afterwards.
