Install Ubuntu on Windows 8 Laptop/PC with UEFI
#11
Well, I'm not thinking of dual-booting my computers in the near future. If I am going to be installing Windows 7/8/8.1, then that computer will only be Windows 7/8/8.1, without a GNU/Linux OSs of any kind.

Ditto for GNU/Linux, I'll only use GNU/Linux and not Windows.

Hey!

thanks for the tutorial.

Have you tried this with Debian Wheezy (the current stable)?

Does dual-booting Debian Wheezy work without legacy bios enabled?

Thanks!

I have dual boot with windows 7 and Ubuntu. Works well, though I mostly end up using ubuntu because it's quicker.
