How do I create installers for drivers that have no .exe files?

I need help installing drivers that have no installation executable file that came in a .cab archive from Dell

Go to Device Manager and then Other devices or the device you are looking for,
right click and 'Update Driver',
click on Manually update and select the Driver folder. This will start the installation process.

I can do that for some drivers but I can't do that for drivers that I can't locate in device manager.

could u tell what type of device's driver u r trying to install ?

I found documentation that lists what drivers were included in this cab file so I'm going to just search the net for the drivers and I'll probably find exes for them that way. Thanks
