Lets face it the universe is made up of a constant state of change for a few billion+ (yes i know alot bigger than billion but i can't spell the number it really would be) moving factors that can't begin to be measured. Feel free to try to guess why things are happening but i am perfectly conformable in accepting that we will never know, maybe one day everyone will.

For those who don't know we have climate shift every year... we call them seasons, i don't think man did those.

Wait second, am I reading this correctly? There is still someone that does not believe that climate is changing as effect of human activities?
I find it incredible, it is like thinking that someone does not believe in magnetism or gravity...

Global warming is similar to magnetism and gravity in that if humans disappeared from the universe, they would all still exist. The earth is warming and will continue to warm, no matter what we do about it. Are we accelerating it slightly? Maybe. But not much, if we are at all.

Actually the argument is: "the climate is changing as effect of human activities."

But obviously you are misinformed or not interested in the topic, so lets just close it.

I just leave my partner to talk about it.

Apparently you are the uninformed one.

The following is a graph of the approximate co2 levels in the past 800,000 years.

As you can see, it oscilates up and down, the higher (yellow) levels corresponding to increased global temperatures (global warming) and the lower (blue) levels corresponding to lower global temperatures (global cooling) also known as ice ages.

This oscilation is a natural, normal process, that has happened for millenia and will continue to happen for millenia, whether humans contribute to it or not. And as the graph shows, we are in a warming (yellow) trend right now.

Humans produce co2 through various means, but is it enough to throw off that natural cycle? Probably not.

I am very well informed, but I am tired of the those arguments. Since you ignored the link, here is a more explicit one. And as expected your point is already there.

About tuffgong, nihilism answers everything of course. But some egoistic people likes to think about a better future for humans and not just about a useless ball of rock around a star.
