Forgot Admin Password on Desktop Comp

I have and older desktop computer running with earlier windows 7. Not sure if it was factory installed. Stopped using it since i got my laptop and forgot the admin password. Doesnt have an installed reboot/recovery function available. Any advice on how to factory reset? I'd prefer to wipe it clean and start new.

1.Switch off the PC.
2. Unplug it from the power.
3. Leave it for e.g. 2 mins.
4.Press the power on button for 30 secs.
5.Open the PC.
6. Pull the CMOS battery out.
7.Press the power on button for 30 secs.
8.Put the CMOS battery back in.
9. Re-boot.

If the above doesn't clear the password. Bridge out the jumpers (Normally located right beside the CMOS battery).

JOB DONE!!!
