I think this one is from MST3K, but I can't remember which ep or the exact line but I think it's a police officer calling in an APB, something like:
"You're looking for a guy 6 feet tall, wearing black, etc..."
Mike: "Maybe I AM looking for a guy like that."
Caught me so off guard I think I even snorted.
