The only emails I get from my ISP is fake spam.

Did you call your Internet provider to see if it was a legitimate claim?

As for software, uTorrent is a good program, but what you do need is a VPN as others have stated.
A VPN will add an extra layer of privacy in several ways, but most importantly to make it so people cannot readily see your IP Address and you would likely never get a complaint from your ISP again.

I received a email from my ISP saying that they have noticed (or words to that effect) I'm not obeying copy-right infringement laws. It was one show that they named and it was a P2P.(of course)

They said, they would slow down my speed or delete my account if I get caught again. Should I worry about it or not ? It didn't say the website that I downloaded the show from. I only use TPB or EZTV.

I have been told by a couple of guys not to worry about it that the ISP Co. would rather get my monthly payment. Would someone tell me what they think or If I should stop downloading or don't worry about it and keep downloading the TV Show and movies that I want.

where are you located if in the u.s. dont worry about it if not use a vpn...

Sounds like Comcast.

Comcast and myself, have gone around and around.
In the end a rep drove to my house and laid it out as clear as day

"If it is not something we can GUESS, or SEE, we do not care. If it is something OBVIOUS, we will send out letters"

Use a VPN or stop DLing.
Also, do not be one of those idiots that use TOR for files....because someone tells you it is anonymous.
