Downloading/remote access question
#1
Alrighty I am in a little bit of a pickle and need some help. Let me tell you what's happening well right now. I'm using my phones hotspot for everything! It's fast but no as fast as I need it to be for downloading large files! Here's what I need help with guys. I made a deal with one of my friend and my brother that long as my downloading is between a pacific time. he'd let me hook a computer up at his house and both have unlimited Internet. It's awesome before, I canceled my internet plan. I was using around 3.5TB a month for 125$ a month. Figure, I could download about 1TB a week on each machine. Does anyone have any idea what i could do here? Each machines going to be using Fedora with the gnome environment.

Pretty much i need to be able to control everything remotely and add and delete files. It needs also be able to automatically stop downloads at pacific times of the day. Can y'all please help me with my issues and maybe recommend a app for me to use pretty please?

If you're going to download torrents, popular clients have the remote access option built-in: uTorrent and it's cousins, Vuze, etc. No extra software needed.
Also the scheduling option is there, you just need to check those computers local times vs. your time; easy with https://www.worldtimezone.com/
I don't use remote / scheduling, so you gotta test it, double check if remote mode shows your or their times.
