Does KMSpico activate OEM Windows 7 pro?

So i have a legit copy of windows 7 OEM pro, However the key is being used on my other computer. My question is that can i install windows 7 oem pro on my laptop and activate it using kmspico?

You can use a Windows key on more than one computer. I did this when I was unable to read the key on one of my computers.

AFAIK, oem keys are tied to the first computer you use it on. It's tied to the motherboard. Note OEM keys are different than retail keys.
