The present USA disposition does not like Trump because of his down to earth observations.

Quote:Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker’s much-anticipated hearing before the House Judiciary Committee was a messy affair, filled with some fiery exchanges, partisan bickering, and few revelations about Whitaker’s role overseeing special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation or the rest of the Justice Department.

Whitaker had threatened Thursday not to show up for the prescheduled hearing after the Democrats on the committee authorized a subpoena, leading to a day of back-and-forth with House Democrats that ultimately foreshadowed the tense testimony.

Whitaker said, under oath, that he had not briefed President Donald Trump or other senior White House officials about the special counsel’s probe, and that he had not interfered “in any way” in Mueller’s ongoing investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

But Democrats got little else beyond that from Whitaker, who declined to answer many questions on the basis that the special counsel’s investigation (and other criminal investigations potentially involving the president) were ongoing. Whitaker also refused to talk about conversations he may have had with the White House, citing the possibility that the president might invoke executive privilege.

In what might be the key takeaway from the six-plus-hour hearing, Whitaker testified to the House Judiciary Committee that he did not interfere in Mueller’s work.

“There’s been no event, no decision that has required me to take any action, and I’ve not interfered in any way with the special counsel’s investigation,” Whitaker said.

But this was pretty much as far as he was willing to go. He would not say when or how many times he’d been briefed on the probe. He gave few other details about the special counsel’s work or the progress of the investigation, though he testified he had not received any report from the special counsel.

Quote:WASHINGTON — Andrew G. McCabe, the former deputy F.B.I. director, said in an interview aired on Thursday that top Justice Department officials were so alarmed by President Trump’s decision in May 2017 to fire James B. Comey, the bureau’s director, that they discussed whether to recruit cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Mr. Trump from office.
The concerns about the president’s actions also prompted Mr. McCabe to order the bureau’s team investigating Russia’s election interference to expand their scope to also investigate whether Mr. Trump had obstructed justice by firing Mr. Comey. They also were to examine if he had been working on behalf of Russia against American interests.
Mr. McCabe’s remarks were made in an interview on “60 Minutes” scheduled to air on Sunday. He was promoting his memoir, “The Threat: How the F.B.I. Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump,” which will be released next week.
Mr. McCabe said he spoke to Mr. Trump just after Mr. Comey was fired, and the next day he met with the team investigating Russia’s election interference.

“I was very concerned that I was able to put the Russia case on absolutely solid ground, in an indelible fashion,” Mr. McCabe said. “That were I removed quickly, or reassigned or fired, that the case could not be closed or vanish in the night without a trace.”
On the eve of his retirement in March 2018, Mr. McCabe was fired by Jeff Sessions, the attorney general at the time, citing lack of candor.
“I wanted to make sure that our case was on solid ground and if somebody came in behind me and closed it and tried to walk away from it, they would not be able to do that without creating a record of why they made that decision,” Mr. McCabe said.
Mr. Trump appeared to react to the interview, attacking Mr. McCabe and his wife, both frequent targets of Mr. Trump, via Twitter.

This is how Trump is spending taxpayer dollars these days, when he wants to stay in the White House :

chump replaced it with his own money. The original was obombers, who paid for his with our tax money.

chump may be the worst POTUS in history, but he is better than the alternatives. At least he is able to keep the gummint gridlocked.
Worthy of esteem for that alone.

What alternatives ?  Ted Cruz ? Lindsay Graham ? VP Mike Pence ?  Trump has given the Republicans everything they asked for, but a lot of them don't want The Wall. Now he's pissing them off almost as much as the Democrats with this "National Emergency" decree.
The lawsuits are already being filed! Even his own Supreme Court will vote against him should the House fast-track their own challenge.
Would be interesting to see if he's dumb enough to defy the Justices too....

There are no alternatives.

The chump may be a senile doddering buffoon, and even as Anne Coulter points out, a one man national emergency, and a spineless f**k at that, but there is enough incompetence left in him to at least slow down, and hopefully thwart the plans of the demonrats and their neolib masters.

The plan is as simple as it is diabolical, and its not even really a secret if you read between the lines of FOREIGN AFFAIRS. The Deep State, from the CFR to the IMF and the Fed banks running Wall Street are gearing up to dump the dollar, trash our public sector, and IMF the United States under a korporate controlled EU type centralized leadership. There will be no bank runs when the dollar collapses, as by then a digital currency will be rolled out, and haircuts will be given all deposits, just like in Cyprus.

The prize is Social Security which they are trying to break by loading it down with illegal immigrants, much in the same way that Thatcher broke the Brit railway system.
Break it, claim its inefficient, and sell it off to the highest bidders.

chump doesnt actually see it coming in this matter, he thinks he playing balls to the wall for his 'wall' which is, and has always been a fence. Nor does he fully understand that when the time comes they will blame *him* and thus avert the torches and pitchforks.

And they are playing him to perfection. Mostly. He needs to have Mueller and the junta arkancided, or tossend in an oubliette. But he will simply fight their battles on their ground, but badly enough to hatch some black swans, who will hopefully chew their faces off.

The simplest solution us what every other nation does, and the laws are already on the books. No one allowed unless they can post a significant bond, and all social services will be billed to their native governments, who will have the authority to recall them at any time. No need for the mexicans to pay for the wall when they can send their own people in to round their own people up. If they refuse the option, then shut the border down, and quadruple tariffs until compliance takes place.

Only an idiot would have the mexicans pay for a wall, when the mexicans are much effective at *becoming * the wall. Hells bells, offer rewards,

There are alternatives.  Trump could be impeached and / or resign from the pressure of that impeachment.

He could die in office from his rotten fast-food diet.

The 25th amendment could be invoked -- Pence quietly wants the top job, but Trump's billionaire cabinet are given free reign by this president.

If none of the above happen and it leads to 2020, Don the Con will be challenged in the Republican primaries by former Massachuetts Governor Bill Weld.   Although Weld is a libertarian, he sounds rational on the subject of Trump's irrationality.  That's why he won't win and Trump will take the GOP primaries once again.

But any Democrat in this race could beat Trump at this point.  No amount of Russian social media propoganda and / or Republican voter suppression can prevent that!

Pence and his ilk are the most dangerous form of life on earth: A Dispensatioanalist in power.

These are people who will do all in their power to bring about Armageddon (global thermonuclear war) as a necessary precondition for their Rapture.

This is not a joke, it is their dogma, and the reason so may Born Agains are so pro-Israeli, as a third temple, as well as another Jewish holocaust is also on their todo list.

The Russkis are not pro-chump, they are simply anti-neolib - and at this time they are realizing that chump is no different from the rest of the neocons (Bolton????) and is likely to pursue an attack on Iran, probably as part of the deal he made to get his election funding. He is apparently not as wealthy as most presume. (Reminiscent of JP Morgan).

Russki revanchism is not part of some sinister plot. One should study how Yeltsin blindsided Gorbachev, in one of the greatest political coups of the millenia. Hint: It was *not* a democratic process, which was shelled (Duma) when it protested. Belarus is already seriously considering reunion.

As far as their agitprop, they are not choosing sides because they view our entire political establishment as недоговороспособны, 'incapable of agreement'. Somewhat worse than incompetent. Pooties actions show that he belives that if the Russkis ignore us long enough, we will fall apart.

So far, the ball is in his court.

My point was that IF Andrew McCabe and other former Trump administration people went the 25th Amendment route it would have been a Constitutional method if they had enough votes with their cabinet staff. It was NOT a coup attempt.
