Democratic House Investigations of Trump Mega Thread

chump shagged a porn hooker, and paid for it. Out of his own pocket. Nothing to see here. Move on. The criminal was the bimbo, as that was BLACKMAIL.

Michael Jackson paid out 10 times that amount to quash a legitimate charge of pedophilia. A serious crime with serious jail time. Yet not considered obstruction of justice??? And those type of payouts are commonplace.

obombers father was Frank Davis, and his indifference to his Kenyan family seems to underscore this fact.

The real question is why a birth certificate would be hidden in the first place for a POTUS.

The same question is also true for tax returns. But the chump is vain, and will do anything he can to play JP Morgan and avoid letting loose to the world how *little* he is really worth. He has not really built anything except for a few structures, and nearly his entire empire is built on licensing and management services.

The chump is in reality a glorified janitor.

Certainly the most imcompetent (a good quality in a collapsing empire), but far from the worst (Fillmore, Wilson, Reagan, dubya, obomber?)

Horndog clinton was the most evil of all. He destroyed welfare, for American mothers at least, and put the finishing touches on the annihilation of International Law (Yugoslavia), and formalized the Third Way - neoliberal globalism.
The deepest circle in hell for him and wife.

The Muller Report was finally delivered to Attorney General Bill Barr on Friday. Now the question is how much of it Barr will deliver to Congress.....

That doesn't mean the investigations into the Trump crime family are over! This is just the first 2 years' worth. Robert Mueller's office is funded through September. May the informational and legal battles of what's in this report begin.

Mueller and the whole Russiagate affair is *over*. Totally discredited. Some demonrats will keep chirping on over nonsensical 'obstruction' charges over a 'crime' that never existed. The Media is totally discredited - read Matt Taibbi's article on the affair.

The only thing the effing idjits have done is guarantee chump a win in 2020, as now he has 'proof' of his charges of 'fake news'.

This is bad. I was hoping for a win by Biden, as he is as dumb as a box of rocks, and mostly harmless.

By 2020 the Russkis and Chicoms will have built up thier mastery of air/space so that even the neocons wil not f**k with them. We cant do a damn thing because it costs us 10x the amount to make a missile, and with a nation of increasingly incompetent yank STEM students, what we do make is largely junk. F35 anyone?

Point is, a Dem win would be more favorable to the people who are just starting to take the idea of 'socialism' seriously, though its horribly mutated here by the corrupted 'social marxists', but at least make sure the proles are fed.

chump and his slimeball crew, are however too utterly insane to realize the subtleties of geopolitics. We lost the chance to MAGA by shunning OBOR.
And they have no qualms about millions starving in the streets while corporations get ever more wealth and power.
Thats what the FEMA camps are for.

I blame it all on the Russiagate non-sense. Whatever 'progressive' aims he might have had were traded in long ago to keep the bassturds at bay.

Howver, that said, a clinton indictment might come out of this as he goes into revenge mode.
A good thing....

The Mueller investigation was hand-tied to begin with.   Everyone knows the Justice Department was going to suppress the findings of the Russia investigation, and I know when they brought in Bill Barr as Attorney General that writing was on the wall!   30 years ago he made Iran-Contra and the crimes of Ronald Reagan and George Bush, Sr.  to go away.

Well, there are dozens if not hundreds of Constitutional and criminal violations committed by the current president and White House.
Investigations by many agencies -- federal and state continue.   Trump is only going to be able to pardon a limited number of people, and his 6 former campaign and administration associates are already in jail or going to jail.  Granted the Mueller investigation didn't invict more of them, as their scope was limited to just the 2016 election.

The next step will be for Congressman Adam Schiff to subpoena Mueller, and put those hearings on TV.   Maybe doing the same for Barr wouldn't be a good idea, because he's just going to lie.  That brief summary is UNACCEPTABLE.  The full report needs to be released to Congress, and they can decide what needs to be redacted. If not then they bring Mueller and other witnesses in.   Jared Kushner, Ivanka, and Don, Jr.  need to be questioned as well.....even if they do commit perjury and / or plead The Fifth!

Point being is that aside from Mueller's office and the DOJ nobody else at this point knows what the report is actually about. A 4-page "Cliff Notes" by A.G. Barr ain't gonna cut it. A real President would have reviewed the special counsel's findings, but not Trump because he hates reading....much like he doesn't read his daily intelligence briefings.

As for impeachment that's probably still off the table, with not enough time for that before the 2020 eleciton. But the House has its duty to at least do the oversight. Trump will still lose in 2020 though, regardless of the candidate the Democrats nominate. The country is sick of his lies and rotten policies.

The only coverups likely to be found in the report are the Dems active collusion with Steele and others in what amounted to an attempted coup. chumps want blood now that him and his people are vindicated, and now compromises are in order.

Even Pelosi is mellowing out.

The fraud has been exposed. Nothing of substance remains. Even Don Jr. was simply auditioning a complaint against the idiotic Magnitsky Act, based on total fraud, and one proven at that. (The whole account of Magnitsky was a lie.).

The demonrats actively solicit millions, while the repugs cannot even *speak* with foreigners??????

Pure, absolute gibberish.

No. The fat lady has sung.

And the only 'charges' ever were against collateral damage, such as Manafort on taxes dealing with the Nazi Ukrainians. And Cohen, for the ever popular kangaroo court charge of 'lying' on bank application loans.

Total gibberish indeed!  First of all.....we haven't even seen what's in the Mueller report.   As soon as the man who got Reagan & Bush off the hook for Iran Contra 30 years earlier William Barr was re-appointed as Trump's attorney general,  everyone knew he was going to try and bury this.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Barr pressured Mueller to end his 22 month investigation prematurely. Remember that Mueller recently asked for an extension into May.

You can't deny or overlook the 37 indictments ( and 7 convictions ) the Mueller's officer turned over to other federal and state investigations against Paul Manafort ( Trump's second presidential campaign manager ). Michael Flynn... a former spy for both Russia and Turkey -- Trump's NSA adviser who was fired.    Michael Cohen, Trump's lawyer for over 10 years who lied for him until he was forced to tell the truth when the Democrats brought him back this year.   Rick Gates and George Papadopolis also had dealings with Russia, as did Manafort. There were also 13 Russian hackers, but Muller couldn't get extradition from their country and they went home.

Roger Stone is up to his lying neck too, and I wouldn't trust Devin Nunez or Mitch McConnell about anything.

The Republicans continue to cover for this corrupt president, because they're as bought & paid for by the NRA ( funded by Russia ) as Trump is.

We also know that Donald Trump, Jr. met with Russian operatives at Trump Plaza in New York in June 2016 to get dirt on Hillary Clinton.   They originally lied and said it was about "adoptions". But Don, Jr. later admitted part of the truth, after one of his old E-mails was found. That lady Russian lawyer Natalia at that meeting was also in the U.S. to try and get the Magnitsky Act from 2012 repealed, but that was a few years earlier and completely unrelated to this meeting. If Russians had not been there, then it would have been legal. But because they were it's tantamount to TREASON.

And by the way, the Christopher Steele dossier had nothing to do with the Muller investigation regarding the Russian hacking of the DNC database. The GOP are trying to confuse everyone by trying to further go after ex-politician Hillary Clinton. Furthermore, we know that Clinton was already cleared by the FBI and a botched attempt by Republicans who made a big deal out of holding her accountable for the Muslim terrorist attack on Bhengazi.   THAT was a witch hunt!
Because of Trump's history dealing with Russia ( money laundering through Deutschebanke and holding the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow also factors ), the entire Republican Party -- the same one that used to cite the former Soviet Union as the greatest threat to democracy, sudden embraced a
pro-Russia platform in their 2016 national convention ! It wasn't under November of that year, when plans for Trump Tower Moscow were abandoned....

It doesn't take a genius to put the pieces of the puzzle together.  Maybe Trump was the unwitting patsy by his corrupt former associates, as much as he is by authoritarian world leaders including his best buds Vladimir Putin and Kim Jung Un.  Either way we need THE FULL REPORT by the Special Counsel.  If it isn't then Robert Mueller will surely be called to testify, and he will tell America what Bill Barr is hiding.

OK, first let us get our ducks in a row.

All Barr did with Contragate was to get pardons for some of the many pawns thrown under the bus, keeping the heat off Reagan. It was his job after all.

The real story was the Reagan deal made with the Iranians BEFORE the election keep the hostages until after the election, and embarass Carter. The ultimate COLLUSION of all time, yet that hardly made Reagan a 'Manchurian Candidate'. Suppressed by the press and Langley.

Barr may be a slimeball like all the deep state scum, but the only difference is that he is repug. I really hope he does get Manafort and even Cohen pardoned, as they were charged outside the mandate of Mueller.

Mueller is far more of a criminal by covering up critical information on 9\11. As well as, I am sure, many other things.

The 'investigation' should have been ended as soon as it was realized that the FISA was built on a lie, and everything from it no longer contained any grain of PROBABLE CAUSE.

The only one really needing any type of prosecution are the Clintons.

First of all Benghazi wasnt really about the embassy attack - that cover was used to suppress the real charge: Namely that hillary was directly responsible for the transfer of Al Queda and their weapons from Libya to Syria, in an act of Aggressive War, the greatest of all crimes possible on this planet.

The Benghazi charges by themselves were ludicrous.

Just like the non-charges about the email server. Until it is realized that those 30,000 emails were deleted AFTER she was informed of potential charges about it - making it alone the greatest act of OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE of this century. I'm sure Pootie has a copy of them, and the proof of non-collusion is that he did not publish them, like he did Vicki Nuland's conversation.....

The Clintons are the most corrupt vermin in history, that can be summed up in two words: Clinton Foundation.

As far as Russia is concerned, chump has for a long time had his panties in a knot over China. Anyone geostrategist with a functioning neuron would have immediately courted Russia, and tried to steer it away from China, and indeed around 2001 we had that oppurtunity. But blew it.

Instead we are seeing the world largest geostrategic union, with effectively all of Asia, swivelling slowly but surely against us.
And with the capacity to decapitate the $USD when time proper time comes.

A simple reading of Pootie's arch nemesis, Masha Gessin would have clearly shown that the Russkis simply do not understand our system, nor even how to do effective PR campaigns. And she worked for a Russki 'propaganda' agency. For someone who would do *anything* to embarass the Russian government, she is absolutely silent on any form of real interference from them.

That said, the Russki press made no bones whatever during the election about hating Clinton, and did not try hiding it in the least.

There was no hacking of the DNC database. Simple forensics of the time stamps showed that the data was downloaded to a USB stick, presumably by Seth Richards, who was soon arkancided.

The world would be a much safer place, if indeed " his best buds Vladimir Putin and Kim Jung Un" were all colluding together.

The Clintons are corporate Democrats, yes, but the most corrupt in history ?? No way. What they've done by "colluding" with the Republicans and their special interests to pass some bad legislation during Bill's 2 terms ( NAFTA, The Telecommunications Act of 1996, the repeal of Glass-Steagal, increasing private prisons to name a few ) is bad policy but not illegal or prosecutable. The overthrow decades later of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and his death was actually the result of the Arab Spring and Libyan Civil War. Granted that Hillary's State Department advocated military intervention there, which in my opinion was a terrible move. But that was her call to take sides, which the United States unfortunately has had a long history of doing.

As for Hillary's E-mails, her opponents and critics accused her of using a private server. So what? The last time I checked so are the Trumps, and nobody seems to make an issue of that! Blotus himself uses an unsecure smart-phone. Any experienced hacker could get top-secret information off of it! Clinton's classified E-mails the public never saw. She was never even hacked, in spite of that State Department violation. The FBI determined that she hadn't broken the law. As for this whole Uranium One deal, she didn't have anything to do with that personally. Her State dept and 7 other departments signed off on it however.

The whole E-mail "scandal" really got silly when they brought up ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop , and the FBI told James Comey to investigate. And then nothing of value was found..... That total red herring was part of what cost Hillary the 2016 election.

I'm not a fan of the Clintons, but 30 years of political mudslinging by Republicans ( Vince Foster's suicide, Whitewater, Travelgate, Seth Rich's murder ) are all things that Bill & Hillary didn't have anything to do with! That's why the most Kenneth Starr could come up with was Bill lying in his Paula Jones deposition : re his getting a blow job from Monica Lewinsky. He was impeached by Republicans in the House, and found not guilty in the Senate. I have yet to see Democrats impeach Trump & company for REAL crimes, and there are plenty to choose from -- most of which have little or nothing to do with Russia. That's why the SDNY and NY Attorney General are pursuing RICO charges. Should the House ever bring impeachment it's unlikely to happen in the next year & 1/2 but anything is possible.... Also after Trump loses the 2020 election, they won't have to. He can then be arrested.

Billy-Jeff was recruited early on by the Rhodes Scholarship folks. He did not invent the destructive globalist policies he implemented, and indeed is on record as aghast about some of them, but was obedient to his masters who helped him vastly increase his wealth from his humble origins as trailer trash. While Reagan primed the naitonal suicidal nailgun, it was chilly willie who pulled the trigger.

Indeed, whitewater was all BS and Starr a charlatan. Nonsense about bank loans and real estate investments, with shady ethics that is ubiquitous. Only those who are politically targeted are ever prosecuted. The real crime was in Yugoslavia, and the victimization of Milosevic.

The Arab Spring was a CIA media event. All 'revolutions' these days *must* be well funded.
Libya was a case where the only rebels were Al-Queada and similar headchoppers, and Qaddaffi had the most oppressive and violent policies against them. In the real War on Terror, he was a prize asset for the CIA.
HOWEVER: Qaddaffi, liike Saddam before him had a plan to ditch the $USD in oil and all state business and replace it with a gold based pan-African currency. As in *non-fiat*. A fatal mistake.

Hellary had the French kill Qaddaffi (the most popular of all African leaders) , seize the gold, and sent the terrists to Syria and instigate the expansion of ISIS formed by McCain and Mossad as revenge against al-Nouriki of Iraq.

The Wiener/Huma laptop is important because it has transaction emails of the Clinton Foundation. The Uranium One deal stuff is typical corporate SOP so I would consider it inconsequetial, despite the $150 million bribe. I want to see the real stuff hidden between Hellary and the Moslem Brtherhood regarding operations in Iraq and Syria. Podesta material involving pedivorous pizza pedo material may also be enlightening. Scuttlebut is that the NYPD is furious over the FBI squashing release of the contents. Wiener is a dunb schmuck, its the Huma stuff of interest there.

The Egyptian 'spring' got out of control when the Isrealis had Mubaraak ousted for his rabid antisemitism, to be replaced by the Moslem Botherhood who were even more hated by the Saudis (and the CIA). A Clinton free event.

chump had the most devious of all lawyers behind him - Roy Cohn who would have guided him on how to stay 'legal' through the treachery of NYC politics. He makes no bones about abusing the system - to his beefit, and is rather proud of it. It makes him a teabagger version of Robin Hood, that the politico demonrats can only envy.

As a result of all this insanity, the chump is now reinvigorated to attack the social contract by a re-attack on health care, especially after conress just demolished the 'green' whatever from the occasional cortex bimbo. At its core excellent proposals, but designed to utterly fail.

Court challenges will again stop The White House on the Affordable Care Act repeal.   SCOTUS already upheld the law during the Obama years. Because of the late John McCain, the Senate repeal failed 3 times in 2017.  Last year it was a lower federal court judge in Texas to , who said the whole thing had to go.  That's why Trump will fail again in this area. Fortunately my health is very good, so if my ACA that I've had for over 6 years is taken away, I can afford an expensive health insurance plan if I need it.  What's more being in California, I know we're going to have a statewide Medicare for All plan within the next 4 or 5 years.

As for the Green New Deal, it passed the U.S. House along party lines as expected. Surprisingly, however, Mitch McTurtle allowed a Senate procedural vote to open debate.  Sure enough it failed to get 60 votes, so a debate wasn't allowed.  It will take the Democrats re-taking the Senate and White House in 2020 for that and a lot of other great recent House bills to go anywhere.

Here's an interesting House Intelligence Committee hearing moderated by Adam Schiff from March 28. Start at 15:46 :
