OP, you can spam this forum and the entire TPB with "Delete this torrent" messages; unless you'll prove somehow that it's spam or fake content, it's not going to happen. And since you're asking for it so viciously, I can only assume that you are Matthew aka the copyright owner and that you do know the torrent contains a legit copy of your song; case in which TPB will honor the policy: Do not delete any torrent unless it is fake or spam.

As about legal action: I suggest you to spend your money on a hooker instead of paying lawyers that aren't going to do a shit.

Also, I recommend you watching TPB AFK.

Good luck trying to download a torrent that won't download. Had I uploaded it myself there might've been some seeds. Whoever the bimbo was that uploaded my song obviously didn't do a good job of it as nobody can download it. Problem is, as I've mentioned, if there was anyone who wanted to download my song they won't be able to. So basically all these torrent sites are indexing torrents that are dead. As I've mentioned countless times before, I don't have problems with music being uploaded here that is mine. I'll gladly reupload my song if you remove the old copy! Happy? By the way, who said I wanted to audition for American Idol? American Idol isn't a means to an end. My goodness, television has dumbed you people down so much that you think American Idol is indicative of a music career. There were people who broke into the music industry before Pop Idol shit, and there will be people breaking into the music industry long after Idol is gone. Also, how would you know if I had any talent or not if you haven't even heard the song because well, y'know, you can't even download it? Do you realize how stupid most of you people on here sound? Notice how I maintained my dignity through all of this by remaining diplomatic. Whoever it was that said I was devoid of any talent, you just made yourselves look stupid. Apparently you aren't entirely familiar with how bittorrent works.

Just because the torrent is dead now, doesn't mean it wasn't well seeded.  Few torrents stay seeded forever.


Nothing is stopping you from uploading it now.  Go ahead.  Upload it.  Put a link to it in a comment on the unseeded torrent so the multitudes of people trying to download it now (all 2 of them) can find the new upload.  Deleting the current one is quite unnecessary.

You are wrong. The seed/leech count is never accurate enough to decide if a torrent is dead or not.
