EDIT: All TV Blu Ray players have Cinavia, so I think the answer to your first question, as I understand it, is "no," at least most of the time.
EDIT: I thought all AnyDVDs do everything, hacked or legit. My foreign DVDs can play on my computer DVD drive. Where did you discover this?
True. This is the first time this has happened with a copy of a Blu-Ray using DVDfab. No PS3 or anything else 4 me. I am copying Jurassic World [again] with the latest version of DVDfab. It did warn of Cinavia limitation, but only warned about playback on PS3 [and I am using "hardware Blu-Ray"]
Once again, AnyDVD works fine with DVDs, but NOT Blu-Rays unless you have a legit installation.

Sorry, I am a little slow on reading ten words per millisecond.
OP: Sorry for the mixup, I am glad that the other Blu Rays didn't give you that much trouble. I too heard that mostly Sony Blu Ray movies will choke when ripped. If what you said about AnyDVD is true, I guess I wish you the best in being able to buy AnyDVD. I still have my doubts about your claims though. If you do feel adventurous, maybe, just maybe...

I was a little slow on that.
And, I have yet to hear from someone [recently] who has been using DVD-Ranger. [And, I can't figure out how to access a download link or purchase link for it.

you've already said that, and improvise already informed you that's false. why do you insist?

What do you mean by insist? Insist to say that improvise is wrong? Well I sure don't want to step over toes, but that's what I was told.
Am I wrong?
EDIT: I checked eBay and found those claims about all Blu Ray players have Cinavia by 2012 by most (of the even odd brands) Blu Ray players. Here's a link: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/LASER-BD3000-Mult...SwHnFV5Sb5

Please prove it.
EDIT: Here's my proof.
Code: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinavia
Cinavia, originally called Verance Copy Management System for Audiovisual Content (VCMS/AV),[3] is an analog watermarking and steganography system under development by Verance since 1999, and released in 2010. In conjunction with the existing Advanced Access Content System (AACS) digital rights management (DRM) inclusion of Cinavia watermarking detection support became mandatory for all consumer Blu-ray Disc players from 2012

i don't need to. information is available to me just as easily as it is to you.
it was only from 2012 onwards that manufacturers were forced
to infect their products with cinavia. before that they were allowed
not to infect them. some chose to, some chose not to.
you'll have to buy them 2nd hand, of course, but that
doesn't mean they don't exist.

I guess the question is will the above Blu-Ray player play a "copied" Blu-Ray with the Cinavia prot [intact]? This is different from playback of an original Blu-Ray?

Wish me luck when I try.
EDIT: Alright, OP, I know the error of my claims: I didn't mention that at the year 2012, all newly-manufactured Blu Ray players made at and after that year would be retrofitted with Cinavia, not before. It's not completely wrong, but it's misleading. I apologise for the error.
