Converting SACD ISO Files To FLAC

There are a wealth of torrents available on btdigg that purport to be SACD-R rips but are only available as ISOs. Here's an example:

I've tried POWERISO, Aimersoft DVD Converter & Ripper, Freemake, VLC, etc. but all fail to accept the ISOs as legitimate. (FWIW, I've also tried foobar 2000 but that program and online tutorials only serve to demonstrate my ignorance).

Can any of you let offer simple instructions on how I can convert these to FLAC so I can get busy making them available on TPB?

I've sort of managed to get foobar2000 working (sort of), but still need to master proper tagging, etc. Can anyone provide or recommend a ***simple*** guide?

Many, many thanks for directing me to this. It has taken me a while to figure out how to use JRiver, but I'll be ready to start sharing the results on TPB shortly.
