Hey guys,
I'm looking, for the first time in a year, for a recommendation as to which Windows 8.1 version to get. I would use it with what I already have with Windows 7: programs, games made until 2004, music, minimal Visual Basic programming, video watching, and video encoding. I don't want an excess as my machine isn't too power to today's standards; it's a Pentium 4 2.8GHz with 2GB RAM.
Or should I wait until Windows 10? Speaking of Windows 10, I hear in Windows 10 that the system requirements are about Vista. Is that true? My machine, as old as it is, does perform well with Windows 7. Whatever.
So, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 at this point?
Thanks..
