Best DVD Ripper for Uploading?
#1
So I recently purchased a movie for $50 because it was available nowhere online. And after all the years of benefitting off the labor of those who create torrents I figure it's about time I give back. I need a good program to rip the DVD and compress it so that it's only like 1-2gb like most movie torrents. I've tried makemkv and handbrake but I get failures on both due to the copyright software on the DVD. Can anyone help me out?

Use a copy of AnyDVD, one that doesn't phone home and ballz out when you disable it from phoning home (PM me and I'll send you a copy of what I mean) and use either Handbrake (www.handbrake.fr) or DVD Shrink for the copy to be pristine yet holding lesser space than the physical media counterpart.

You'll need to come to terms of the fact that some quality will go, but at least it will work.
