yes, both times.
For now, i have installed 19 and and run the magical exe and copied over the app_data folder from the backup. It seems to be working, ill report if i see the database malfunction error again

@update :
for some reason, the process described of copying works for a day and then i have to copy the app_data again from the backup folder to the installation folder otherwise the "Database Malfunction" error shows up again. its happening every day for now so its a bit of a pain and I am hoping the upgrade to 23 will resolve this.
I have deleted the Compact Database schedule, will update if this occurs again.

Hi, I have been using version 23.1.1.8423 for a few weeks now without any problems.
Check that you are using standard port 8040 and disable extensions.

Hi, I have been using version 23.1.1.8423 for a few weeks now without any problems.
Check that you are using standard port 8040 and disable extensions.
Why do you need to disable the extensions?
I have tried usingĀ 22.7.8783.8255 and was getting a blank page after login from a remote computer, on the server by it self I was able to login with out any problem. So I rolled back to the old version.

To isolate the issue.
Start with a fully working version, full backup (stop all services, copy program folder), delete extensions (delete/move single extension folder), update and patch, try without extensions.
If everything works activate one extension at a time.

Still the same getting a blank page after logging from a remote computer can only go to the admin page the other pages are blank. Any help?

If you have disabled all plugins, there could only be a configuration error. Please check the log files.

You are using screenconnect client on a headless device? (no monitor plugged in?)
For a physical PC with no monitor plugged in, you can buy a HDMI Dummy Emulator Adapter
