Thank you for quick response, I am upgrading to version 23.1.1.8423, when i follow the steps and login it does not show access and other menus, the homepage also shows the Build section and the code entry etc.. keep circling around like its waiting for something.
upgrading from version : 19.3.25270.7185
Is there an interim step that needs to do done
This is a windows machine.

for now, ill revert back and try it again some other day.

Keep your back up and use the patcher on the new version then just install over the top of the old one.  I just did it that way a week ago to get to the latest version

so no need to copy files from app_data etc... as mentioned in the link you had provided ?

Been using it without issues here, so I wonder what's going on.

any ideas on why this error after restoring back to an older version when accessing the site :

database disk image is malformed

i had v19 and was upgrading to 23 which didnt go as expected, so i uninstalled 23 and reinstalled v19 and copied the files over from the backup into the install folder, now im getting this message which keep refreshing.

It seems that its trying to read some information but not able to

Any help greatly appreciated
