The latest stable seems to be working just fine, haven't had any of the issues that plagued the recent versions yet.

I wanted to stop by here and thank first and foremost Arlecho once again for his work as this is very important to me. I also wanted to help a lot of users out there with possible problems with ConnectWise Control not wanting to display the computer name or show anything on screen on new or old agent installs or when trying to connect to users who previously were working. After much testing, I noticed that if you modify CLIENT SERVICE TIMEOUT (ClientServiceTimeoutMilliseconds) under Application Configuration > Other Settings you will start getting these issues with ConnectWise Control. I had modified this entry to a 0 value from the default 15000 and this caused all sorts of issues with any version or Control to include the latest stable version out 22.9. I hope this helps a lot of you out there and have some good holidays o/

Please open a ticket with the official software creator, those are not things I can fix without way too much work.

Hi,
Great work, appreciate all the efforts. I was upgrading to the most recent version, made a copy of the files so I have a backup. - uninstalled sc - patched and installed - worked well i have lost all access to the machines that i had connected previously, so I uninstalled the most recent version and re-installed the old one that i had a backup for, after installation copied all files from the back up i had taken and site came back to life. The issue im facing is that all my machines that i remote control are listed under access but no green light from the clients. - how do i get the access back so i can access the connected machines which have SC installed - when upgrading, should i uninstall the existing sc version or just patch and install ? I would appreciate any help on this so I can use the old version and restore access to all machines i had prior to upgrade. Thank you
