Notices, please read carefully
- Patch the installer before installing to prevent leaking your information!
- Linux can be patched, just copy the files over to a windows machine and select the directory!
- "External Accessibility Check", "Version Check"  and "Browser URL Check" will now always fail!
- Installing/updating extensions could theoretically be spotted by Connectwise as they are downloaded directly from their servers!
- License no longer displays (not required for patch to function)
- Please do not post thanks and other posts that do not contribute (the mods don't like them and it clutters the thread)
- Hosts file editing no longer required as the uri's are patched out of the appropriate files

Apologies for asking a noob question, downloaded the file, the zip file is askign for a password to unzip... not sure where to find the same. Also can any one help with the url to the application / installer.

Does anyone have "Get Host Pass" problems with the new version 22.5?
I upgraded from 21.4, patched, and after that the option to get host pass is inactive.

The 7z files doesnot accept the password on mac, i copied over the file to windows and used winrar/7zip and it works. Appreciate your help

Seems to be working okay with the patcher.

But, still have issues with Screen Connect when joining a session (auto-closing session/freezing).

What happened to backstage? It no longer shows as an option for me.

Backstage and secondary screens appear to be failing to be displayed on some occasions with the newer versions.
Don't know why yet, appears to be a bug in SC.

Please tell me if there is an activator for the version for Linux. Since we use proxmox in our infrastructure, I would not want to host a Windows machine unnecessarily.

If you search previous pages you'll find that there is.  But the better question you should probably be asking yourself is why you would run a relatively ancient, no longer supported version of such a powerful and important piece of software.  That's just asking for problems honestly.

What happened to backstage? It no longer shows as an option for me.

In newer versions they have separated backstage as a different permission. Check in security and make sure you have the EnableBackstageLogonSession permission - on a couple of installs i've seen it off by default.
