I have attempted registry modification but can't seem to modify the main EXE to hide the app from the Add/Remove list in Control Panel. I am looking for an application or way to do this in a simple manner. Some instructions on this would also be really helpful.

This method (Method 2) works for me but you have to make sure the program name. In my case, it is not a program name.

In my case: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{F6DF92C3-1424-463......................................}
Not all the PC are using the same ID even you use the same Agent software to install.

tested version 22.4.7745.8154. it works fine

When logging in to screenconnect from computers that I have not logged in from the past, all the controls on top are greyed out. I also cannot close out of the guest window only by going to task manager to end the task.

just an FYI - 22.4.7745.8154 when i updated the clients, they were removed from my sessions group. Just had to redo them

i install sc ver 21.8 after  install patch v2.8.0a  i get error Invalid credentials. Please try again , in first connect to sc please help me ( user name is administrator & password is administrator)

Did you use the latest patcher?
Also why use 21.8 instead of a recent version?

Greeyting Arlecho and thanks for this share, was wonder if you could tell me if this is going to work on latest 22.5 version which released on 5/16/2022

Been running it on 22.5 since it has been released without issues.
Beware though, there seem to be some issues that aren't license related in 22.5 as of the moment (screen selector not always working).
