Is there a way to stop these people who come on almost every single night and post a thousand shows and movies that nothing but trouble?
I mean, Couldn't they limit the frequency you can upload to like 2 or 3 uploads every 5 or 10 minutes?
Or maybe limit you to 20 a day? Couldn't you find out how many is the most in one day a legitimate person posts and then limit it to that many plus 4 or 5?
I mean these people are annoying! Of course I know not to try to dl them but it is a pain when they put up like 200 titles and you have to go through them to find someone who is reputable and posted while they were filling the site up with junk!
Any suggestions on how to stop people from doing this?

So when I click that link there isn't even a thread there.
I will report them because I am tired of them. I would bet its the same people most of the time with different accounts.

Yes, you can only see your own threads. It even says so:
https://pirates-forum.org/Forum-Site-Forums Wrote:Report Torrents / Comments
For reporting fakes, malware, child porn, mis-categorized torrents and/or spam. Note that the only threads you can see here are ones you have created.
For each fake you find, start a new thread and link to the fake torrent's description page.

Exactly just like the spam bots in comments spamming those scam sites, you can never totally stop them, millions of proxies are created per hour, they will just use new ones.
There could be some link on TPB warning people of those sites in the comments because no doubt this is why they keep doing it because they earn enough from the few noobs they get to make it worth doing.
The same thing with fake torrents, put some kind of warning page or link telling people how to spot fake torrents, how to report them, and only to download from trusted uploaders.
"LEARN ABOUT FAKE TORRENTS" link
"LEARN ABOUT SPAMMED FAKE SITES IN COMMENTS" link
Education is the only true way to stop abusers.
P.S. The wet mattress tells me your wife never fakes it with me lol

2013-now 2020 the same man on buttons with dozens of accounts and fake torrents. In 5 years it will be the same !!! question how can he load? with what? if the registrations are stopped .... 1} has accounts before and 2} still has accounts. I go for option 2.

Before registration was closed, not only uploading is being flooded but also the registration.
Now, you'll have an idea why uploading is still being flooded despite registration being closed.

Presumably these people would have used the same IP address for many new accounts and this IP would have been recorded. So it would then be a case of cross-referencing a fake uploaders registering IP with other new (unused) accounts? - to whittle then down somewhat, or is that too simple
