This is a quick tutorial on how to convert Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus x86(x32bit) Retail to a Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus x86(x32bit) VL (Volume License) .iso With SP2 (Service Pack 2) fully integrated and fully pre-activated.
So lets get started.
What we need:
1. An untouched retail version of MS Office 2010 Pro Plus x86(x32bit). You can down load it direct frrom Digital River from HERE.
2. Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687455) x32Bit Edition. Download it direct from MS from HERE
3. MTK v2.4.8 (Microsoft ToolKit). Download it direct from MDL (MyDigitalLife) from HERE
4. msoproplusaatup_x86.msp (Windows Installer). You'll need this to do the auto-activation during the install. You can download it direct from TPB from HERE
5. Now place the 4 listed above on your desktop. Then create a new empty folder on your desktop and name it ms. This will be our working folder.
So what you now have should look like the screenshot below on your desktop:

6. Now open MTK, click on the Office TAb.Then click on the Customize Setup TAB and then click on the Extract Setup button.
7. From the window that appears, navigate to X16-32250 on your desktop and click on Open.
8. From the next window, select the ms folder on your desktop and select ok and then click Run when prompted.
9. Once that finishes extracting, click on Change Channel. You've now completed the first step and converted the Retail to VL.
10. Now click on the Add Updates button. From this window, navigate to kb2687455 on your desktop and select Open and then Run when prompted.
11. Almost there now. You now have a MS Office 2010 Pro Plus x86(x32bit) VL with SP2 directory. Now we just need to make it Auto-Activating during install and create an .iso.
12. Copy msoproplusaatup_x86, open the ms folder on your desktop. Now open the Updates folder within the ms folder and paste msoproplusaatup_x86 into it.
13. Close that folder now and return to MTK.
14. Click on the Make ISO button. From the window that appears, navigate to the ms folder on your desktop again and double click on it.
15. Click on the setup icon and then click on Open as shown below:

16. From the next window that appears. Name the .iso to be created. As an example, use My MS to keep things simple and then click on Save.
Don't give it a different location to save to. It'll be created within your ms folder on your desktop.
17. JOB DONE!!! You've created your very own Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus x86(x32bit) VL SP2 Pre-Activated installation disk named My MS as shown below:

Please note if you intend installing this on a PC that has MSS (Microsoft Security Essentials) running on it. You'll need to disable or remove MSS for the duration of the install or it'll delete the activator
