Can not use torrent magnet links anymore

Starting today, I am unable to use the magnet links for the torrents. I click on the link and instead of opening in Vuze like it usually did, nothing happens. Under the magnet link, I can see the following message: Problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your !

You can copy the magnet link, then paste it to "Add torrent from URL..." in your torrent client.

same here, dont follow links for vuse afterwards to get torrent, it loads 5-6 programs even if you decline, a pain to find and get rid of, since they went to different places in my computer... but i see someone has a way to use, thanks
