Up Speed on uTorrent

Hi all,

How are you doing?

So this has happened several times in the past & I don't understand why, not to mention the show gets stuck in my uTorrent b/c I haven't reached the ratio.

Even when I had the upload speed higher sometimes it still did this.

The up speed doesn't work for some shows. I can see it working for many, but there's some where that column is just blank & I don't understand why.

And to be clear, it's after the show has DLed days ago.

No one is connected to you, or the ones that are aren't requesting pieces from you.

So should I just delete it then? I mean if there are no leachers which I find very hard to believe as it's a popular show, then why do I need to keep it in uTorrent?

Unless you really need the disk space, you should seed it back to 1.0.

Just because no one is downloading from you right now doesn't mean they won't in the future.

Make sure you can accept incoming connections, and that you are connected to the DHT network.

You can also post a link to the torrent(s) in question.

I'm behind a VPN & I know that I started a thread here about my upload speed or whatever b/c my ISP was seeing HUGE data uploading & that got me concerned, but I don't that's the issue b/c even before I made that change I'd sometimes see that column empty.

I'll grab the name of the torrent via the uTorrent, is that okay?

they are popular shows so they are very well seeded that no one grabs their pieces from you

but as kjf said it would be a help posting the links, not just names

You copy the link from your url and paste it here so members can see which torrent you're specifically refering to.



^^your url will be slightly different as you don't have to use a proxy.
