I don't remember the movie, but the joke was about Golden Corral. So funny and original!
Seriously, though, I love the riff from the first X-Men flick when a title card pops up at about 4:20 that reads "The not too distant future" and Bill says "Why does that look familiar?" A great meta joke.

Same movie at 1:14:27 has Toad going BLLLLLLLLPT and Disembaudio mimics that for a synch-point. (I haven't heard it ages due to BSG's releases, but am pretty sure it's there.)
