I am just about to finish
The Martian by Andy Weir.
Has had me gripped from page one and would make a fantastic film. I have read it constantly for three days as cannot put it down.
Recently found out that the autor of 'One flew over the cuckoo's nest' had a second famous novel.
'Sometimes a great notion' by Ken Kesey.
I'm just 80 pages into it, it's not an easy read but very good language. This proves the great writer the man was.

My opinion: This one has an interesting plot, as stated in info above. I liked the anime adaptation so I started reading manga as well. Really good so far. If you like reading manga that has many supernatural elements, this one's really recommendable.
