meekah, i did the same as instructed by you, but the patch is not working. It ask for permission at runtime. After granting permission, it crashes. Further I am unable to uninstall it. It says uninstall failed.

After that I also deleted the complete Articulate Storyline 2 from Program files as well as registry, but it is still showing in Programs- in control panel.

When i try to uninstall it from control panel, it says uninstall failed.
