Yes, Articulate have released version 4 recently. As said above update 3 was released to fix issues with Flash player 16. I found a trick to still use update 2, by disabling Windows updates for Flash player and it's working fine.
Of course update 2 patch was provided by our Storyline Expert: Meekah!!
If there is an update of the patch for Update 4 I am taking :-)

The main problem is that in Windows 8 IE11 have already installed actual flash player "in browser". Is there any variants to uninstall IE11?

then uninstall the flash update for internet explorer..
after this step, you have to block windows updates to be done automatically..

Thanks! I had downloaded the 30 day trial of the latest update (which is now expired). I was trying to reinstall a version of update 2 and seem to be having trouble getting rid of all of the trial version. Articulate has an uninstall cleaner, but still experiencing some weirdness. I will keep at it....
While we patiently wait for Meekah to save the day, has anyone had any luck clearing the registry and trying a fresh install?
no matter how much I try, I can't clear the sucker out to by-pass the expired trial!
I've resorted to using "time stopper" before my trial runs out and I get locked out!
any insights?
im not able to install this new update on any of my pcs i think something is fucked up on their installer

Patches sometimes throw false alarms and I don't have any way to actually test this - so proceed with caution.
