Hello, Is it possible to remove the offensive add from TPB after login.

Hi everybody

Is there in any way, or is it possible to get rid of/avvoid/stop the porn gif`s that are blinking on both sides of the PirateBay site, so my kids can use the site without seeing tits and girls trying to lick the screen.... ?

Please eliminate whatever connection there is to "myfriendhdplayer.com." I can't go a few seconds without it diverting to that webpage and getting notification about it's threat to infect my browser. So often that this statement took nearly a dozen attempts to finish. Thanks

There are no ads on the forum. If you are getting redirected while visiting the forum, then your computer is already infected.

as soon as I try to access TPB, I am redirected to some dodgy porn site before the homepage can even load

Are you accessing the official site, here:

or are you using a proxy?

I just installed AdBlocker Plus, but the porn adds still appear.

Configure Adblock plus properly, pick a new filter and don't allow non intrusive adverts.

Thanks a lot to TPB Team for this explanation about the ads : Even if I use addblocker and ghostery on every site (with some exceptions), I've made an exception for yours in order to help you to continue your great service... even if that means being annoyed by those terrible adds (that are obviously scams for some of them, you know the ones promissing you 5000 $ per day with a simple technique...).

I just would like to be sure about something : If I manually immediatly close them (let's say 1 or 2 seconds after they appear), are you paid ? Or should I wait longer before manually closing them because for exemple the contract says that you are paid only if the add page is stayed opened at least 10 sec.

Let me know if the way I manage your ads is not good for your finances.

Theoretically (I am just guessing), TPB is paid each time something like new 10k users enter the website. It is paid with more money if the users actually click on ads (this is why TPB goes more on sex ads; because there are many fappers accessing the website). So, if you want to support TPB, click on every add banner
