perhaps you could run a member check BEFORE an ip check so that VERIFIED users dont get upload errorr.2
i have now been effectively closed out because of this despite having 3 pages of uploaded torrents. proxy login is now failing everywhere i try.

It's a suggestion not without merits, but it has been made before and Winston has not yet chosen not to implement it. Perhaps one day.
