Still getting an error about the filesize of one torrent

I am trying to add one torrent that is 19.0 kib in size. The files it links are 58 mib.

I have been getting this error for a while, and do not know what to do.
Ok, i have a second torrent that is doing the same now.

31 kib torrent for 99 mib data
