Confused right now. I am logged in, but when I go to a specific file online, I can see that two other people have commented -- but I see no comment button or field anywhere on that page.

Could someone tell me if comments are disabled for new members or is this a site issue?   Huh

If there is a login link in the footer, you are not logged in.

You must also have javascript enabled, and not blocked by any add-on.

When you are logged in with javascript enabled, you'll see a "write comment" link next to the number of comments for the torrent.  If you don't see that link, then you are not logged in and/or javascript is not enabled.

Is there a way to send a PM to a specific uploader that I used to follow on KAT?

TPB does not have a PM system.

If they are actively uploading, you can leave a comment on their most recent upload.

You can also check to see if they have an account here.
