I am not familiar with Mac, but do you have hidden folders? If not try running the program to see if it creates that folder, or restart your computer!

You are right-clicking on the folder. You need to be right-clicking on the application itself.

Inside the folder should be an item of the same name ending in ".app"
This is what you need to be right-clicking on to "show package contents"

ok i got it, but now i have a new case with blocking the internet, a hazardous move (attach is a screen shot)
How to block Adobe Internet connections
Open Terminal application (located in /Applications/Utilities/).
Copy, paste, and enter the following code in Terminal.
CODE: SELECT ALL
sudo /Applications/TextEdit.app/Contents/MacOS/TextEdit /etc/hosts
Copy and paste the following lines to the hosts file.
CODE: SELECT ALL
127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
Save and close the hosts file.
Copy, paste, and enter the following in Terminal.
CODE: SELECT ALL
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache

An alternative to dealing with the command line to edit the hosts file is to install something like Little Snitch, Hands Off, or Radio Silence.
But to complete the above, you need to enter your account password, if your account is an administrator account.
