I take it that you are talking about TPB and the music category there.
Short answer: You can't. Explanation: Ever since Winston revamped the site last year, all torrent listings are done with a query to search.php. Said script/page only ever returns 100 results (unless you are browsing a user's uploads) the order of which depends on the query. "category=zzz" gets ordered by upload date. In effect, you can only ever browse the 100 newest torrents of a given category unless you enter specific search terms.
