Can I use popads in my host for displaying image and use it on thepiratebay.

I will use only 1 popads. No other advertisement will be available.

No interstitial ads

Just only 1 pop up from popads.net.

Even thepitatebay use popups for advertisement.

That's a quick way to get your host and your accounts banned.

TPB Team want to save all members out of some bad popups or redirect with viruses. You must use imagehosting with banner ads only. In a case to try adding some popups or redirects, be sure The Team watching you and you will lost your account.

So according to the FAQ, can I use snip! to host my screenshots and will not be banned? I know there are only banners and there are no redirect links.
