bsg4you: 135x mka files with Commentary+Movie Mix, Subs and Chapters ONLY 4 remuxing

Some years back I shared no-video/no-movie-only-audio mka files by request Star Wars 1-6, Twilight 1-5, and The.Day.After.Tomorrow so Rifftraxers (Rifftraxians? Rifftraxites? Rifftraxies?) could add their own video tracks.

This new share takes idea to the max with all 135 Rifftrax commentaries plus movie audio remasters I've done.

Each mka file has everything the normal, full release mkv files has EXCEPT no-video (the 1080p, 720p, and 480p{SWHS!} video tracks) and no-movie-only-audio (the 6ch and 2ch audio tracks).

If someone has a remux of a BluRay or a nice, super small HEVC x265 720p file or anything in between they can now simply use MKVToolNix (FOSS that runs on any OS) to mash their video with my mka file audio tracks into a new mkv.

But wait, there's more! If you download now, the mka files also come with all subtitles and chapters!

Also, some mka files have 2 or even 3 commentaries, like Road.House.Rifftrax1-3Riffer.Rifftrax2-Mike, Harry.Potter.1.Rifftrax.WizardPeopleDearReader1.WizardPeopleDearReader2, and Star.Wars.Episode.I.Rifftrax.Plinkett.

There are multiple subtitle mka files, like Avatar and D-Wars, plus the very fun to watch/read subs Birdemic English subs that I got via computer translation from homemade FR, PT, and SP subs. The EN to non-EN human translation then back to EN computer translation makes for a lot of extra funny on top of MKB's riffs.

NOTE, if someone would like to release a NEW mkv with a NEW video track and NEW audio tracks (e.g. directors commentaries, lossless audio, etc) and they want to use some BSG4YOU tracks from these mka files, GO FOR IT!!!

I only ask that the description (e.g. nfo, forum post, etc) for the NEW mkv and, if possible, the bsg4you track meta-data for the NEW mkv [use MKVToolNix "Track name"] includes bsg4you in the reference.

If you don't know what these are or you think it'd be too difficult to synch them, please simply download the complete mkv files with all the video and audio tracks. Removing every "NO-" from an mka filename results in the filename for the original, complete bsg4you file including video and movie-only audio tracks.

These no-video Rifftrax commentaries are being provided in case someone wants to synch them with their own encodes of the movies. The commentary+movie audio track contains a volume balanced remaster of the Rifftrax commentary along with a stereo mix of the movie.

These mka files are Matroska containers that have NO VIDEO TRACK and NO MOVIE-ONLY SOUND TRACKS.

The mka files have at least one Rifftrax MP3 Commentary (aka Just the Jokes) remastered with a stereo movie audio track. Some mka files have two or even three commentary+movie audio tracks. There are also subtitle and chapters included in almost all of the mka files. Some files have multiple subs, e.g. alien-only subs and complete subs for Avatar.

An mka file can be muxed into a single mkv file using MKVToolNix with a user provided video file. The remux might require synch adjustment which can be easily applied within MKVmerge. Take care to check if the Rifftrax title requires a theatrical release to synch correctly. If in doubt, compare the exact HH:MM:SS time between the mka file and the video to be synched. Most (but not all) commonly available BluRays will synch easily.

I came back here just to make fun of this line.
After making sure the audio was in sync on about 20 4K movies, I just had to point out that only someone who thinks that there is one source for ALL videos could say such a thing. Yes, just take any video source and remux it into these files, if you love the sound coming before or after it should. If you don't, use editing software to make sure it syncs up, with not only what is in this file, but probably the original BSG release.
9 times out of 10, You will have to sync the audio and render out a WAV. That other time, it's probably only off a frame, so don't worry about it.
Or use MKVToolNix and fuck around with the delay feature forever. Up to you.
