I only need info regarding downloading files via bittorrent. I can download any torrent from any website but the problem is using the torrent.

Why wont you just do what post 5 tells you to do?

To date, any torrent dowloading via Opera will have be done on 11.xx or earlier as 12.00 and beyond no longer are supported due to contracts with Google.

Neither option is free. If you are looking for a free option, you are out of luck.

Read post 5 ..

I saw this post yesterday but since there perfectly answered, thought i don't need to post anything here. I don't know if you missed post #5 or perhaps you want a solution that didn't cost you a dime.
So base on my own experiences (I just fresh graduated from Uni and already tried all of this stuff on my freshmen year) There's no solution for this that don't cost any money.
Seedbox is the only cheap solution since we can ftp/sftp from seedbox without raise some suspicious from network admin. If you never know about seedbox, just googling it and read what it can do, basically it will download any torrent for you and you can then ftp/sftp any files from seedbox to your pc. Your IP will save and no torrent activities will detected.
For space between 50 GB to 250 GB, the cost are vary between $6 to $15/ month for very basic service that allowed unmeter bandwidth and public tracker.
There couple of seedboxes service that fall in to those categories but i don't know if posting the link are against the rules or no.
If you still want a free solution, then like post #5 said, you run out of luck there

A VPN works, but, as suggested, throttle the speed.
