I have nordvpn. I can connect through my "regular" computer and confirm through www.whatismyip.com address that it works. But I cannot ascertain whether my raspberry pi "server" with transmission client is connecting to the torrent network with VPN.
I got some cease and desist email, so I haven't been torrenting. I thought it was working properly, but I guess not.
I do:
sudo traceroute -I whatever.com
And it seems like it's connecting through the VPN network. Is there another way to confirm? Transmission is running headless, so I can only use command line.
