Youtube directly to MP3

It seems like a lot of work to get music from youtube. 

I have to either use a site that will download the MP3 for me OR I have to download the VIDEO and then convert it to MP3

Is there an addon or something that will let me just download a youtube video directly to MP3

I'm using that plugin and it's great but it won't download to MP3.  (It says it does but it can't)_

also, if after couple weeks it can't download from youtube, do clear cache dir.
